Looks nice!
As per the web site....
3 watt/3 LED So 1 watt per LED
The new 2011 model (dont know if yours is the newest model that was released just a few weeks ago)
but here was his post (Mike from growledhydro...)
The new models are as follows:
Spectra LED 150w
(100pcs 2w led) True Power 153.29W
Spectra LED 240w
(160pcs 2w led) True Power:239.66W
Spectra LED 395w
(252pcs 2w led) True Power:395.32W
He also stated afterwards there is really a mix of 2 and 3w LEDs but still... 2 or 3w will be nice
So either 1w or 2w/3w but still should be a kick ass light
Now I'm thoroughly confused, where did you get this product listing? Mike's website hasn't been updated, check the link in my post. I ordered a 120 watt (actual power draw 180 watts, that was what was on my order form, that's what I presumed I received. I've not seen these 150 watt, 204w & 395w panels you refer to. From the website I linked to in my post......................
"Spectra LED 120
$389.99
The Spectra-LED 120 (Actual Power Draw 180 watts) Light System emits an unmatched 12+ wavelengths of illumination, uses 3 watt/3 chip LED's at a 90 degree viewing angle unlike any other system on the market today. This powerful system excels in any indoor growing method including, hydroponics, aeroponics, or soil.
At 7 pounds and measuring 15 3/4 x 8 1/2 x 2 1/4, this 110 volt dynamo draws a mere 0.35 to 1.25 amps yet delivers 120 watts of light and works in an operating temperature range of -4F +104F -20C~+40C.
The Spectra-LED 120w Light System produces much better results through every stage of plant growth, from vegetative to flowering to harvest. It features an 2.5' x 2.5' coverage area, 1.8'x 1.5' core saturation, and delivers over 95% of absorbable light to the plant.
The Spectra-LED Light System has no thermal footprint and, considering 95% of the light emitted from an HID lamp is wasted in the form of non-absorbable light waves and heat energy, is 80% more efficient than Metal Halide or HPS lamps.
Efficiency does not stop here, though. You benefit even further with having no bulbs to replace and no maintenance over its 50,000 hour life cycle. No additional cooling equipment is required as the Spectra-LED Light System boasts built-in cooling fans. With no bulbs to potentially explode or burn plants, this system is safe to operate. Further, it's environmentally safe, containing no hazardous materials, and is CE and ROHS compliant."
