haha yeah i was thinking of snipping it out (with the wire cutter i got... at the dollar store hahaha), but maybe i'll leave it there for character... i don't know, it's got orange beads, not a big fan lol.Gotta keep the dragon fly on it!! Will add character!
I can't wait to see you grow a plant in that pot hanger!! Will be cool looking!
i circled the store like 3 times looking for steaks, but couldn't find any... that's the one thing they didn't have! so i'll have to pick some up a garden store (for probably more money than i spent on my whole shopping spree...)any chance theyhave the steaks there to?
that thing would be perfect *except* that it's a little too big for my box (12" around times 2 plants... and the box length is 24", so...). but that should be great for your tent if you decide to go scrog! the dollar store plant hanger i got should be the right circumference (10"), now just gotta get some steaks! mmmmmm... steak... lol.Check this thingy out if you wrapped chicken wire around it http://htgsupply.com/Product-The-Wrangler-Plant-Support-System.asp
thanks my man, i promise you'll have some +rep coming your way as soon as i'm able!Go sic Home's. here have some rep+
thanks monk0! that is an awesome scrog. lowes pvc netting sounds like the shit! one way or another, i've got to set up a late-stage scrog... treeZ results have me convinced that it's the way to go!Found this scrog earlier - https://www.rollitup.org/dwc-bubbleponics/387141-c99-pure-gooey-dwc-scrog-6.html#post5013723 pretty good idea and can be used in a variety of size grows
thanks for the kind words stoney! to be honest, the plants are not doing 100% at the moment. i'm still dealing with some powdery mildew with a milk & water spray suggested by tricka which is working, but not totally finished yet. also, the leaves have taken a papery texture, i think they may need some nitrogen? i think i'll feed them some multi-nutrients tomorrow (veg, bloom, and molasses) for good measure.Fantastic looking photos!!!! and the plants... so lush!! not one speck of stress!! can't wait to see em swell up big and huge!!!
oh yea, i gotta get some of those windshield reflectors... what a great buy!
thanks mr treeZ! i was on the fence about the 3-lens thing because i already have a loupe AND a 60x scope, but i'm glad i got it, i'm gonna be able to get some good bud porn shots soon! thanks for the tip on the scrog -- if you say go for it, i'm going for it lol. i'll just have to figure out which method, so many options now!Love the close ups homer! I'm gonna have to pick up that set, thanks for the idea! I like the pvc netting idea too, glad I dropped in here lol
On a side note I don't think you will have any problem with a late scrog if you go that route. I would either do that or steak the branches for extra support! Either way it should definitely help your yeild and help you manage your space and canopy.
totally!! i couldn't see those with my naked eyes, but i can with the 15x tri-lens! that's a good sign huh, trichs after 18 days of 12/12? thanks bro.I like the mag shots, you can already see resin starting up in the 15x photo.
thanks cd, appreciate it bro! now let's see if they take to my scrog in the next few days... thanks for setting up the cardboard group, love that shit!!nice bro, thats cool, the plant looks great also.
