A Well Researched 'Newbies' Grow Tent

oz girl depends on the lights you are vegging with fluros i put right on top of my germ box once they pop but if i put them under a mh i have the light a few feet away and lower it about an inch or so a day till i got it where it should be
what im generally doing nowadays is putting a 26w fluro on top of my germ box once they pop then when i replant into a larger rockwool cube i put them under 90w cfl and that will be as close as i can get it to my babys

oh and i think the blankets are to stop algae on the rockwool ie block out the light he had foil but that could create hot spots and burn those sweet looking lil babys

Tricka are the red blakets for warmth? Just wandering if you could put those seedlings in your tent, the guy who sold me my light says he has his seedlings on the floor with the light up at the roof, and gradually bring it down over a few weeks.
I dont know if this works, I was going to do it because I was told too, however nobody on here seems to do that, so im not sure now.

the reason why the babies are in the spare bathroom is that i need to check on them frequently and there is water there at hand, my tent is in the garge and its not the smartest thing to be going in there many times, just at this start up stage, my veg cab is stealth and will live in the house, flower tent in the garage

the blankets are actually for keepin the plants coiled down for now, and yeah hitting two birds with one stone by keeping algae growth down to a min, light + water = unwanted growey things

Wow, yeah 42 pages to get a seedling, now thats a good warm up. Sorry if I missed it but how long til they go in the tent. And yeah if you have issues with people watching you enter the garage everyday, keeping it to a minimum is a good idea.

Hey Ozzy how are ya, i hope you have further luck in getting your seeds delivered.

The sprouts are doing fine i guess, haha first newb mistake, i grabbed my mates clones bottle instead of the one i just filled up with pH'd water, my mates bottle was at half veg nutes at 580ppm....lol they doing alright and yeah i got em in the tent now, i have still got the cfl right on top of them but they sucking up plenny of that 600w MH too

There is one Mango and one Cristal Limit that seem a little runty, but i will persevere with them, since they hit the nutes early i may chuck em in the bubble cloner this weekend?

P.s....they had roots coming out of the bottom of the 75mm cubes 1 day after transplanting, i was shocked, i may have stunted them a little by piss farting around, their tap roots grew sooo! quick :I

Your pH was spot on, i have slowly dropped it to 5.9ish, its wet and doing well, its about 22-24" from the MH, will put it in the bubble cloner either tomorrow or wed, gave it a lil feed at 580ppm

i wouldnt drop the ph man she likes 6 to 6.2 in veg and 5.7 to 6 in flower
careful puttin her to close to the mh to quick she only been under 90w cfl
the ice kush is a pig with the nutes to man but i got her going with my ww again and kept the nutes down for the ww and the ice kush still seems happy

just a little update for ya's, mainly for picture reasons, i thought you might wanna see em rather than listen to me tell ya they are alright lol

My mates clones are going spastic after we topped them and gave them full strength duthmasters range with FULL additives hahah lol

Mine speak for themselves......please comment in partically the people with a few indoor grows in their jocks, i reckon they are not really liking the cutting nutrient i fed them (by accident....strike one of many for my newbie mistakes) or the 600w is burning them, i didnt take a pic of the funny Mango as i flattened the batteries real quick using super, duper, max, in ya face macro zoom....ya get about 10 shots thats it..

Thier lil Ganja souls are loving the bubble cloner so far, i have sheilded them from the 600w now and they are under a 125w cfl only.

oh yeah man they are on 1000ppm and fucking loving it, they are pigs, slight little chems burns twisting up some little leaves on a few,but they be fine.... sad thing is tho, that only 6 out of 12 will be kept, the rest are going in the bin........no more room!

P.s....the roots on the little guys are bigger than the clones, they are already sticking outts the bottom of the net pots in the cloner....all be it by a bee's dick but mm count when its a first grow hahahahah

It is painful to toss perfectly good plants - I tossed 2 perfectly healthy, well rooted female Tangerine Dream clones yesterday - no room and I couldn't be bothered growing them in soil then putting them outside ... easier to just toss them.

I'm at the stage where I am accumulating more bud than I wish to smoke, so I feel ok killing off surplus plants ... well almost.

Thing is i would hedge the fuck outta my backyard crawl/peg them along the grond and keep em below the middle bearer on my wooden fence (6ft) if weren't for the fact i got a full hydro set up....Bloody Ninja putting the wind up me with the law and what not on the aussie thread, i would put em out bush, but im out the western side and have no contacts or local area knowledge if i was back in montrose and warburton.....then no drama's
