day 48 flowering Kush and haze 400w HPS

here is where my grow is right now my computer exploded so this is the only pictures i have its day 48 of flowering for both pants they were both grow with the same veg time and nutes im using just some basic nutes from the hydro store with a little molasses.

i dont know much about the clones i was told one is kush (small one) and one is haze (bigger one) and thats it, i have no idea how long to flower them or anything.

the pictures are not that great but will get some good pics soon.
so looking good?

i think my next grow i will be trying to keep the leaves as green as possible for longer.
it seems every grow i do right near the end i find out ive messed something up and fix it in the next grow this one i messed up the ph for 2weeks a ph of 8+ turned all leaves yellow and SUPER droopy, corrected the ph to 6ish and plants were happy again in 4 days.

Live and Learn i guess hahh:wall:

no a nice duct fan keeps my room at about 22-25c i have my plants less than 10 inches from the light :weed:

Sweet, was mainly wondering due to just reading some of the cool DIY stuff the other growers were talking about! some really brilliant innovation devices going on! you gotta hold your hands up and say "credit where credits due,"! :leaf:

hey serpent wecome to riu. there are some pretty kewl diy projects in this community. some ya have to take with a grain of salt though lol. nice looking grow. r u going to update this thread with ur progress? i have a kush and a haze plant i want to watch urs until finish thanks hammer

thanks man appreciate the welcome, everyone has been really helpful so far and it's refreshing for an online community / forum to be so welcoming to new members :)

which DIY projects do you recommend checking out? I'm doing an indoor grow with a tent, so would be really interested if you knew of anything off hand to check out?

Bomb looking plants dude! And of course you can use a 400w HPS for Veg. It might not grow as fast as a MH would durring veg. But the HPS will produce thicker stems and branches, and bush out some more. But then when you flower the HPS just kicks ass over everything else.

whatever ya need i did the diy flower room diy tent diy clone machine lol i diy it if i can i can do my own elec wiring and such check out my grow link at bottom of post i have learned a lot from the good people here. there are assholes here but for the better part of it they are a good bunch of people.

Awesome dude, love the DIY tent and the rest! DIY does indeed seem to make it very interesting and more personal, you have a cool setup! Will follow your journal dude :)

Check out my indoor grow in my SIG for a DIY grow tent. Its my favorite way to build a room. Even put one outdoor wrapped in 6mil Clear Poly

Awesome lookin budz man. How tall are they? Just tryin to get an idea of how big they really are, Im thinking of buying a 400w and running a MH conversion bulb in my 250w. I too agree you can veg with hps, im currently doing so, but i'd recommend adding a little blue spectrum along side it.

hey, i will be updating at some point and i will try to get some pics with something to compare size to.

the haze plant is only 2 feet tall and the kush is just over a foot,


to be honest the pics make the haze look so much fuller then they really are:wall: but still looks and smells nice going to start a 0-53-33 booster next watering in 2 days, and hope to see some results and will post some nice pics soon, buddy has a nice camera i hope that he can get a nice enough picture to see if the crystals are turning amber or cloudy,

Also correct me if im wrong but at 50days flower the haze has at least 3 weeks maybe more left? im thinking the kush is at max 3 weeks away, so im thinking booster till next sunday so about 2 waterings then just molasses and water till the end... sound like a solid plan?

how could i add blue spectrum light to my hps light? a few 6000k cfls? would that help for veg.

just fed them some 0-53-33 Monster Booster

this is a bad question since i already watered them but do i just use the booster or do i use bloom nutes with the booster???
i used only the booster on this watering.

Well if your using a Nutrient Line instead of a random combo nutrients (Could be bad if you don't know what your doing), If you use a line then YES you do want to add the Bloom Nute with the Booster. Because Boosters do not have everything a plant needs to live, only to help improve your nutrients job. But if you don't run a line and just add different Nutrients, it could be iffy because nutrients can counter act each other. Or add too much of something and too little of something else

i used no veg nutes just bloom nutes and booster, and i bought them both at the same time same place as a recommendation from the person working at the time so i assume it wont work against each other.

next watering i will combine them.
