When you go to your "My Rollitup" all the threads you have posted in automatically subscribe you to them and show up on your Rollitup page, if you unsubscribe the thread will fall off your page and you will no longer be alerted when someone has made a new post.

Bringing to everyone's attention that you are unsubscribed Is basically no different than that prick kid who would bring his nice basketball to the court and then get pissed about some stupid thing and take his ball and go home, leaving you and your friends to find a new ball or start playing with your Little brothers bouncy ball.

Go to your "my Rollitup" then go to the left side and select under the "My Settings" section the General settings link. once inside gen settings in the second section you will see a selection box, right next to it labeled "Default thread subscription mode" set it to "though my control panel only" and it should auto subscribe.

You forgot to point out that he has not got the highest security clearance in the country, no president ever has post WWII.
