nah its hairs, its on alot of buds, put a stem in your mouth and with your tongue, you can feel it rough one way and smooth the other, thats those hairs

Quick Wash ISOPROPYTOL ......91percent ISO
I put bud in mason jar,cover with ISO,shake
for 2 min then strain with metal screen.Here is
the part I dont like,let it evaporate someplace
SAFE for about 24hrs then scrape up and enjoy.
