Dan, You can narrow things down. You can singularize any plural and make it a crusade as you have suggested to me that you are on.

Generally speaking yes any 5x5 or 10x10 means some cop can arrest someone if their clones are in another area.
That we are to what? Keep all the clones, mothers, males and seed plants together? That we should have just one timer and it will always be on 12hrs no mater what strains we are working with?
So by extension those supporting the cultivation square foot model are for having us Horticulturists arrested.

Nothing I would love to see more than full, or ANY scrap of, legalization, but I think Ernst's proposal is more akin to an 8th grade fantasy than something that stands even a shred of a chance in the real world. I see no point in wasting time on proposed legislation that stands a snowball's chance either. Keep it green my friend.
