around 1 1/2 weeks of flower - and not bad, very nice plant
11 inches tall, parent was quite compact, finished around 2 foot tall
and i believe i see white hairs, but not going to get hasty here, take my time
no balls showing, that's the big concern

it's a cramped setup, bu plants stay healthy
not to go off topic, but here's some news that kind of took my breath away, Osama Bin Laden is DEAD! supposedly got the body too
but thanks for checking out the grow, it's a tube 38 inches tall

Subbed +rep. Plant looks great. I have a quicck ? so you just have this tube in your yard with a plant in it? Because I just made the same set up and i have never seen some one else do it before and wondering if it works. The tube i have is black but i spray painted the inside if it satin white so it is very reflective. The tube I have stand around 6 foot tall. So i had to put it up on blocks so i get some fresh air in there. well any ways ill post some pics of what im working with if that is alright with you

it's a 'proven' setup, pc fan at top blows air out the top of chamber, pulls air from the bottom
worked well so far anyways

well i just made it today and am ready to see if it going to work. the thing is it is only going to get direct light for like 3 or 4 hours then it will have to work off of the walls for its light till the next day if i have to cut the tube shorter i will the put it back togetther when it gets to big. I didnt take pics today but i will tomorrow for sure if you want to see the plant i have in there it is the one in my outside garden if you want to click on my signature.

well, it sounds interesting, not sure what you will get for results
but trying something new is always a risk

I'm not sure if the reflective light from the side of the tube's gonna do it bro, but..I've never tried that, hope it works out for ya, good luck!!

i was thinking about Penyajo's setup, seems to restrict total light
might be useful to speed up flower, i'd be hard put to see advantages for veg

If he can keep it cool enough, it might work to toss like, 4 23W 6500K CFL's. in a reflector in the top, A Y splitter with 2 Y splitters in them. Or this kind;

think i'll need to see a pic of his setup, guessing the idea was to get side lighting by reflection in the tube
but l do like the cfl's in small spaces - simple, cheap, and give pretty nice results

Dutch master has a product or had a product called reverse, it eliminated male flowers without hurting the pistles. I cloned some hermi prone kush and they never hermid after I used it, then I got some quality genetics and haven't looked back since. My advice... Buy some good seeds...lose the stress.

that is the trick, but i guess it comes down to what you cnsider good
dj's blueberry is much liked, but it seems to have some instability in there
some other 'good' strains have the same issue, i liked the bud i got enough to take the risk
it comes down your comfort zone, plucking one plant isn't that bad

well, i've never seen its like in the outdoors
looks like the tube is a bit translucent, so light comes through the sides to some extent?
see how things grow, should be clear how well it works soon

well the thing is deffinatly not translucent. But where i am the sun is extreme hoping it will get enough light if not i will cut it in half till it gets bigger the put it back together

it might make sense for your location, are those pedestals at the bottom anchored to the soil?
looks like the wind could be danger if it's not anchored very firmly
