Vick isn't going to be as good as he was last year. Defenses have figured him out and it showed it at the end of the year.

Are you kidding me? Vick is raw talent, it comes to him like second nature. If you were talking about another qb, with less experience, or no experience, I would agree that given qb may have had a fluke good season. But were talking about a past Allstar player in Vick, who was already championship bound before the dog incident & possible HOF. The 'defense' never figured him out in the past, I doubt they have now. I have always respected Vick's game, his personal life... well, is his personal life. I don't see any reason why Vick wouldn't be just as good if not better than last season, I've only seen progress with him. I mean, wtf... he's being considered for the Madden cover even after what he did, the NFL is taking a huge risk on that one, so they must feel he has some sort of future success? They tend to use they're poster-boys. Just saying.
Vick is a threat because he is accurate, he has an arm, an he has legs. Not many qb's possess what Vick possesses an those who do are considered great. There usually isn't a 'defense' that can just lock them down because there is to much to lock down. If you try to disrupt his vision, he runs, if you try to use rush protection, he has clear vision. Not to mention his receivers go an extra 5-10 yards per play which wears out the defense an eventually he lets go a 30-40 yard bomb an connects. YOu can't just 'figure' out how to stop that. I'm a 49er fan an I will be the first to admit, you can 'figure' out how to stop Alex Smith, or even Troy Smith... but someone like Vick, Brady, Manning, not so much.
As far as I'm concerned, Vick is hardly responsible for they're early exit last season.

thats what I try to tell people.
Last season so many players said you cant defend against mike vick and he wasn't even set to start.Now imagine this season when the whole playbook/offseason will be centered around him.We'll also have a better o line this year so he wont even have to run for his life when clay matthews,julius peppers,etc decides to blitz.Nobody is gonna be able to fuck with us this season.
Are D was very bad last season but we still played the packers best and if it weren't for fucking david akers we would of won that game.If we can get a good corner whenever FA starts well be unstoppable.Im praying we pick up Nnamdi Asomogua.
But with that said the packers will definitely be in the running.Aaron rodgers is a beast.
And you know we picked up clays brother casey matthews so once his brother gets him on them roids are D will be good again lol.

I only said that because Vick put up MVP stats at the beginning of the year then he started to slow down towards the end because defenses figured out his shit. DeSean Jackson is a good WR but all he does is go deep, hes only a deep ball threat. Maclin is the same. They don't have any possesion recievers. Another way to stop the Eagles is to stop the run and make Vick throw the ball. Sure some of the time he will scramble but if you pressure him most of the time he will get flustered. Whens the last time a running QB took his team to the Super Bowl? What you need to do against Vick is blitz him, he gets all out of his comfort zone and throws bad passes. I'll give him a 40 yard run for 2 ints a game. Vick is also terrible when you bring secondary blitzes, I can't tell you how many times I saw him sacked by corners or safetys last year

vick is raw talent.. we all know bout the legs but up until he got 2 the eagles he wasn't really accurate at all just had an amazing arm but his stats in ATL were always like 7-21 129 yards 1 td 2 ints.. i really think that andy reid was the best thing that happened 2 his career, he taught him more in that 1 year about playing qb and he had learned in his previous yrs in atl.. last year we finally saw him get comfortable in the passing game n live up 2 his potential as an all around qb. and he's only gonna get better now that he's not so big headed n understands the position more. a dual threat qb like that is virtually unstoppable....

you got that right about the secondary blitz's.We got torched by them.Thats definitely something that needs to be picked up.I have faith in howard mudd though.
The team im gonna hate to see us play next year is the giants.They were tough last season and they only got better from the draft.

Yeah Prince Akumura or w.e is an amazing player, he was a steal for them in the draft.

Week 2: Just under 300yds, 3tds, 1rush td, 28-3 win. Player of month.
Week 4: Injured.
Week 10: Vicks healthy again, throws for 300+yds, 4tds, 80yds rush, 2rush tds, 59-28 win. In that game, threw a perfect 88yd pass (has an arm/accuracy) also player of month.
Week 15: Came back from 21 down in the 2nd half to throw for 3tds.
That's consistency all season, what do you mean only the beginning? Lol. Vick ended the season with 3,018 yards, 21tds, 6ints, passer rating of over 100, 100 carries for 676 yards & 9 rushing tds, 3 fumbles.
62% pass completion, so I don't see how he's not accurate.
Threw an 88 yard pass within the season, so I don't see how he doesn't have an arm.
Was #35 on the rushing list, he actually rushed more then running backs did as a qb. With his average, if he had taken as many attempts as the rushing leader in 2010 (Foster, 327 attempts - 1,616 yards) he would have had 1,800 plus yards & been the #1 rusher in the league at the qb spot. So I don't see how he doesn't have legs.
He literally put up MADDEN like numbers, 30 tds with only 6 ints! How can you say you'd give up 40 yards for 2 ints, he rarely throws ints, so I doubt the game plan to give up 40 yards & get 2 interceptions will work. He averaged less then 1 interception a game last season, it's going to be hard to get 2 int's per-40 yards on him. I think all you will be doing is losing chunks of 40-yards. Lol.
He is indisputable at this point in his career... an that fact is, indisputable.
Pretty much what I wanted to say but I was looking to say triple threat that is virtually unstoppable. Weird, word for word, it's almost like you read my mind.

I have refused to watch any form of football once the XFL got canceled. That was quality athletics right there.

I loved the XFL... was hoping my team would win it all, but they only managed to make it to the XFL Bowl (lol). Believe they were the San Fransisco Demons or some shit like that, that shit was so fucking stupid it was great, especially high. Will never forget Vince saying it would be the first to succeed since NFL, he'd make damned sure of it (stated on Monday Night Raw) lmao. Good ol' days.

Lol yeah on the sig. I was tired of seeing him say "I don't always drink, but when I do..." because I don't drink. Occasionally I will have a few glasses of wine, depending on the occasion.
