Our supreme court is flawed, in the manner that they are too old to stay 'connected' to modern society. This ruling, along with the decision to view corporations as individuals, are prime examples of how disconnected they really are.

I mean seriously, only one Justice voted against it? And of all of them, it was Ruth Bader. My jaw hit the floor when i read it: “today arms the police with a way routinely to dishonor the Fourth Amendment’s warrant requirement in drug cases.”

Its a sad day when Ruth Bader is the only voice of reason left in the USSC.

the people being persecuted here are aware of their rights, which makes them so dangerous. of course killing police officers over driving rights is unacceptable.

if only htey could have writtent he constitution more precisely. the bill of rights especially. there are just so many grey areas. not sure if we'll ever get it right!

My understanding is you have to own your car (meaning you have the MSO in hand not a title) in order for this to work. Technically even though you payed for your car the state owns a piece of it. They have the actual MSO which they keep on a microfiche. That is why you have to pay registration fees, have a license etc. Somehow, owning your car outright and having the MSO in hand allows you to circumvent the system. There is a constitution class video that touches on the subject for a brief moment. Linked it below.

I highly suggest watching these videos to any American. We all had to take constitution in high school but this is an amazing refresher geared toward adults. Knowing your rights is one of the most important things you can do as a citizen.

we all have the right to be free and the laws that our goverment instates just keep limiting us all one by one untill we have nothing left. and the news of course is going to bash the shit out of the truth cause there part of the goverment and unlike obamas fake campain slogan about change these people should be phrased not slandered.

Ya that's some good stuff, those sovereign citizens have some good ammo. I saw one where he refused to give up his rights when entering a court room. Once in the court room, his responses sent the judge and his lackeys into the back room to scour the law books and debate on how too proceed. The judge ended up just walking away. It was comical.
