A little about Condi Rice ...

hopefully, but not likely for prices to go down.

it's called inflation. the government inflates our money supply and then waits for natural disasters, war or political unrest or the like to claim lower production of oil, and therefor higher prices. ever notice the price never goes back DOWN afterwards?

that's the government hiding the inflation THEY CREATED in the cost of energy. its the perfect culprit to hide inflation in because higher energy cost equals higher cost for every single commodity available.

another factor is peak oil. even if more is suddenly available, we are at or close to peak oil. with the supply on the down side, market forces demand a higher price.

demand is high and our (U.S.) money is quickly losing its value. the price of oil will never go down. don't even think about it.

You don't seem as well versed in the commodity of oil as you do the global warming scam. Do some unbiased research and you'll find the truth about oil......free flow at free market prices. This is the goal. This is the rule Iraq, free  Iraq, will now play by. Maybe we should revert to oil-for-food?

Free Iraq, what's that some Bush slogan? The only thing that will be free in Iraq is the US oil companies ripshod run on the oil reserves.

Yeah, just like free Germany is a Reagan slogan. And I don't agree with your "run". It's been said that the Iraqis, who will be doing the back breaking work drilling for "our" crude, no doubt , have a penchant for cruising on the job. It will be more like a walk. They, the Iraqi workers, would make excellent union fodder, if you can get to them before they realize the value of hard work. That doesn't seem to be fostered, the sense of pride in a hard days work, by the dictators and the leftist regimes of the world. I wonder why? "Make, make, make, for the good, of the State." "While, you inevitably, starve, starve, starve." Sounds like a Saddam, or a Pelosi, jingle.

Wow! That was a great post! :)

Thanks to Ronald Reagan, this sign has been consigned to the "dust bin of history."

not well versed? wrong. you're simply believing the bullshit from the president. when prices return to what they were before the oil companies got their man Bush into office, i'll be proven wrong. not likely.

keep sticking to your corrupt, neo-cons Empirialists who wish to rape the Iraqi people of the one resource they have.

these numbers speak volumns about the destruction of our national currency due to contrived inflation and only support my argument.

quit responding to my posts with your pro neo-con comments if you do not understand the subject.

Yep. You notice we knocked some sense into these libs. The real nasty stuff, "cheesedick nazi" etc. etc., has all but disappeared. Kick their asses long enough, they start playing "fair". Now that we've given them a sense of decorum, it's time to work on their ignorance.:mrgreen:

~lol~ Too funny!

What's interesting is how their class envy bullshit never changes. A good example is how they attack the corporations for "driving our good jobs off shore," but it never occurs to them that the very tax system they espouse is doing the "driving."

How about MedMao's reported assets, or former assets. Dragsters, rental homes, etc etc. How proud he was to make that list.:mrgreen: What hypocrisy! From a 30 year smoking ex-smoker anti-smoking goon.

freedom/liberty devotee? is that a fucking joke? and just who is MORE free with the neo-cons in power?

the broken, mutilated iraqi people who have as-of-yet to see a stable iraq since their dictator was overthrown?

or are the american people now more free since the U.S. empire began to expand on nation building?

I certainly haven't seen a single NEW freedom added, although durring war time we've come to expect several old freedoms to be done away with. you two are the most deluded of all subjects of king george.

freedom = limited government in our personal lives

by this definition, this administration has destroyed our freedoms and liberties and those of the world over and the two of you party loyalists suck it down like a whore drinking cum.

nazis dont believe in freedom; they believe in an iron fist.

Yeah, you nailed it here. Med is very typical of liberal think-speak. See, HE'S doing just fine, its EVERYONE ELSE who's oppressed and in need of his compassion at the point of the government gun.

Honestly ccodiane, these people are not only devoid of the ability to conceive a rational thought when it comes to basic economics, they are just disgusting, immoral human beings as well. :blsmoke:

I'm afraid that you missed the point of my post, closet. See, I'm in agreement with you on the NeoCons. They are nothing but recycled socialists of the left in Republican clothing. Here's an interesting link:

POLITICS: What Is a Neo-Conservative Anyway?

From the article: "As neo-con godfather Irving Kristol once remarked, a neo-conservative is a ''liberal who was mugged by reality''. True to that description, neo-cons generally originated on the left side of the political spectrum and some times from the far left. Many, such as Kristol himself, have Trotskyite roots that are still reflected in their polemical and organisational skills and ideological zeal."
