i fully admit that we have the ability to control the weather.

i do not believe that we can place a tornado thousands of miles away to destroy joplin, mo. nor do i believe that we can cause earthquakes off the oregon coast that sends a tsunami 60 miles inland over 3,000 foot mountains.

and oddly enough, i walked around my neighborhood looking for those stickers on mailboxes that he said denoted our utility for when this crisis would happen. didn't find a single one.
I do believe you may be wrong. Now unless Russia is lying, here is a report. Why else would there be over twenty of these facilities like HAARP across the world? for small scale weather influences? for discovering new radar technology? for studying the ionosphere? for finding natural gas? oil? aquifers? not likely, with all the billions spent on these projects, it would be futile, but hey those other explanations make great covers don't they!
Russian Weather Weapons Threat

Duma political leader caused shock waves in a recent television interview when he warned that Russia could deploy an arsenal of new technology to “destroy any part of the planet” and kill over a hundred million people using secret weather weapons if the United States, the UN or Georgia tried to stop Russia’s entry into the WTO.
Vladimir Zhirinovsky is Vice-Chairman of the Russian State Duma and leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR), the first officially sanctioned opposition party after the fall of communism. The LDPR has deep links with the former KGB and Communist Party and has become a significant force in Russian politics, despite Zhirinovsky himself being branded as a militant neo-fascist.
According to a translation provided by a Russian speaker, during the interview Zhirinovsky went off on a bizarre tangent after he was asked how Russia should treat countries like Georgia and the United States who try and block Russia’s entry into the World Trade Organization.
After saying American government has no future and will collapse Zhirinovsky made Threats including Russian Weather Weapons

Saying that the American government in Washington DC had “no future” and would “collapse,” Zhirinovsky cited Russia’s supremacy in space and stated that the country had, “Lots of money, resources, and new weapons that no one knows about.”
“With them we will destroy any part of the planet within 15 minutes,” he sensationally warned.
“Not an explosion, not a ray burst, not some kind of laser, not lightning, but a quiet and peaceful weapon,” added Zhirinovsky, warning that “whole continents will be put to sleep forever” and that “120 million will die” if anyone interfered with Russia’s claim on the Kuril Islands, which are the subject of a territorial dispute with Japan. Did they (Russian’s) already use Secret Russian Weather Weapons against Japan?
The female presenter of the news program smirked as he made the comments, but Zhirinovsky’s manner on Secret Russian Weather Weapons was far from jovial.
Zhirinovsky made reference to the recent tsunami in Japan, suggesting that the “new weapons” to which he refers are related to weather control technology, which has been intensely studied by both the U.S. and Russia since the 1950′s and is commonly used today.
Threatening to annex Georgia completely, Zhirinovsky warned, “And then there will be another tsunami, on the other side of the planet, in the Caucasus. Zhirinovsky’s reference to the Kuril Islands in connection with the devastating tsunami that hit Japan in March is a not so subtle suggestion that Russia had something to do with causing the natural disaster that killed thousands, led to the Fukushima crisis and threatened to derail Japan’s economic recovery.
Zhirinovsky also warned of a coming “third world war” emerging from the current turmoil in the Middle East and North Africa that would lead to the collapse of current global institutions like the EU and the WTO and the rise of a new international order led by Russia.
Moscow has routinely employed the weather control technology of “cloud seeding” for decades to ensure sunny skies when military parades are taking place on national holidays, but turning the weather into a devastating weapon to be used in warfare is a frightening new prospect.
However, as the revelations of weather modification expert Ben Livingston, a former Navy Physicist who briefed President Lyndon B. Johnson on the effectiveness of weather control back in the 1960′s during the Vietnam era, have documented, as far back as the early 1950′s the United States was funneling money into programs aimed at using the weather as a weapon during the cold war. It would be naive to think that the Russians weren’t engaged in similar research.
Moreover, in an April 1997 speech to the University of Georgia, Athens, then US Secretary of Defense William Cohen spoke of the threat of an “eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.”
For many years, suspicions have circulated around the purpose of the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the US Air Force, the US Navy, the University of Alaska and DARPA. In his underground bestseller Angels Don’t Play This HAARP, author Nick Begich summarizes the evidence that suggests HAARP is involved in weather control for nefarious purposes.
Scientists at NASA have discovered “A close link between electrical disturbances on the edge of our atmosphere and impending quakes on the ground below,” which has led to claims that earthquakes are being artificially induced as a form of modern warfare by HAARP.
The technology to which Zhirinovsky refers is rapidly moving out of the realms of science fiction and into scientific fact as we progress further into the 21st century.
While Zhirinovsky is a controversial character in Russia with an incendiary personality, he is nonetheless a major political player. Although Zhirinovsky has been dismissed as a “clown” and has made many offbeat comments in the past, it would be naive to dismiss him as being on the fringe.
As well as being Vice-Chairman of the Russian State Duma and leader of the LDPR, Zhirinovsky is a member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. The deputy Duma speaker has announced his intention to run in the 2012 Russian presidential elections, where he is expected to finish third in the race.
Zhirinovsky’s comments have been no less controversial in the past. He once advocated dropping nuclear bombs over the Atlantic Ocean to flood Great Britain.
What are we to make of these remarkable comments? Is Zhirinovsky just a crank, or has he truly spilled the beans on Russia’s intention to unleash an arsenal of new weather warfare technology in its bid to dominate the globe?

considering your ability to use reason and logic in stating that slaves and slave owners had equal opportunity, i will likely conclude that it is not the nefarious kabal you likely believe it to be.

it was cloudy in the am here, and sunny in the pm. conspiracy?

In a aristocratic voice "it's a conspiracy theory" as if they say its a conspiracy theory and no longer is valid or fact? WTF?!

You didn't even read the report.
You refuse to acknowledge facts when they are smacking you across the face.

there were no facts in there, just a lot of 'could be' and 'might be'.

even the concluding statement was "has he truly spilled the beans", not "he has spilled the beans". it is fear mongering devoid of facts.

i keep forgetting that you are the "enlightened one" and that i am just some schnook who thought that slaves and slave owners were not equal, as you claimed.

I am the enlightened one, because common sense would tell ya, if they spend fifty plus years with intensely studied technology, and billions of dollars, its far beyond slight weather modifications, if you studied haarp, you would know that scientifically, the technology it incorporates, and the size of it, would do a whole lot more than warm the ionosphere to attract some freaking clouds. The power behind it could literally wipe a continent off the face of the earth, it would generate the equivalent power of 1000, mt st helens, blowing every second for a minute straight.
Even with that being said, and that being fact, you will say im wrong, and say that i believe slaves had same opportunities as slave owners. Even though i said everyone had equal opportunity then. Somehow out of that, you go back a couple years prior in history, and say because of the elite, having slaves a big part of everyone's life then, and how slaves were a big part of history before they became free, and even with, as i mentioned before, the founding fathers still opposed slavery (obvious why else would you have kids with a slave if you believe in slavery? because you dont!) it was circumstantial nothing more.

clearly.

i am only repeating what you said. why? because it is a ringing indictment of your reasoning abilities.

anything you say after that is tainted with the stench of your previous statement.

the founding fathers still opposed slavery
yet owned slaves.

again, are you, by any chance, a ron paul supporter?

You somehow, in your reality, never heard of circumstance?
You somehow, in your reality, don't see what is in front of your face?
You somehow, in your reality, think the government is in it for, by, and of, the people, that somehow
In your reality, Power never tends to corrupt, and absolute power never corrupts absolutely.
Am i missing anything? im sure i am, but why bother? i think four examples is enough.

in my reality, the united states government does not round up those with dissenting political opinions or my wife's family.

please do let me know when that starts happening.

you forgot about equal right for gays.

and a sane immigration policy.

and a social safety net for our citizens.

and progress towards universal health care.

and combating pay discrimination against women.

and investing in our infrastructure.

and weening off foreign oil in favor of sustainable, renewable energy.

just off the top of my head. i'm sure there are more.

Why are you, you?
NWO is what your screaming for, but in the end, even those who were all for it will parish under the very thing they wanted.
Don't feel as somehow if you jump on your little NWO bandwagon, and feel good about your self, that somehow you will succeed. Foolish really!
You still think because its not red hot blatant tyranny like Hitlers Germany, in your opinion at least. That somehow its all tra la-la?
Nothing says ignorant louder.

i've never been able to grasp what this "NWO" thing is, and no one has ever explained it to me. can you explain to me what the "NWO" is, and perhaps its consequences, etc?

i once had some guy like yourself tell me that man made climate change was a ruse by the global elite to depopulate the world by 2/3.

perhaps you can explain what this NWO thing is. no one has taken me up on that so far.

UncleBuck needs to seek his psychologists for his severe case of Stockholm syndrome with our tyrannical government.
the extent of my interaction with the government has been this: i send them a piece of paper every year about my earning and taxes, they send me back a thousand or two.

when i lost my job, they paid me out this thing called 'unemployment insurance' until i found another job.

i would say they were more like my cool uncle rather than a hostage taker.

actually, one time i drove drunk and got caught. they made me pay them a whole bunch of money and spend a night in jail. they said i was 'endangering other people's lives' and needed to be deterred from doing so again. i have not driven drunk since.

Well aside from it sounding like you obviously have personal responsibility issues.
I to collect, "unemployment insurance", my wife collects it as well currently. I dont know who you think you are talking to, but your EMPLOYER and YOURSELF is where that fucking money comes from, not the ever so caring government. Once again you appalled me with pure ignorance. Let me let you in on some rather important information. Jobs that have left this country are gone, and they are not coming back. This is engineered at a table, well planned before it is ever set forth in action, as much as you cant admit that these facts, are indeed facts, they still are regardless,
So even if it was your government paying you your unemployment compensation, why would you want to be dependent on them, when they engineered the creation of your job loss to begin with.
Now lets take it a step further. Even if they didn't engineer it you would be completely and utterly dependent on the government, therefore they control you to the third degree.
They don't want that though now could they? 40 million receiving food stamps, and rely each month to get fed from their tax dollar, that they paid into. Every time you get taxes taken out of your hard earned paycheck, guess what those are for? to feed people, to house people, to give people medicare. I don't know about you, but maybe you like they government being your life line.
Sorry, i don't know what idiots you've talked to in your day, but im not one of them, you just cannot continue to try and sit here, try to tell me any different, you cannot dictate reality to me boy!
I have the "know", and you just got ultimately schooled.
You will never be able to say anything to me that i cant dissect, pick apart, debunk and totally obliterate in front of your face, as you read your monitor screen. Nice try NWO shill but your trickery and antics don't and wont work with the strong minded.
You are a peon in comparison, because every time you type, you perfectly shed light on how your just controlled, manipulated, pre meditated, NWO thought, nothing more.
