ugg, omg... Don't forget its two full time jobs doing a grow! Plus I have a very small amount!
Also its very expensive for grow materials, fencing, dog food, hell everything is expensive in my area and nutrients are $$$Expensive$$$ soil is $$$$.
Guys, if your doing it Indore I guess start up cost if less then a full blown outside grow,
smart pots (Most soil can be impossible to dig into)
Water, there is a shortage of water and most guys are having it trucked into town.
City regulations, there always changing so whats ok one day might not be ok the next!
Lawyers, love them, hate them, either way you will need one unless your uncle is a tax accountant or genius at legal forums.
Real estate agents, they long for the "Easy money" and getting a good one is impossible and they lie, lie, lie sell you a house with mold and no water any day of the week.
Tweaker/rippers, As good as a grower you might be they are good at ripping you off and will watch your every move and hump your gig two weeks before harvest with out fail!
I have 5 dogs all over 125 pounds and an English mastiff thats 170 pounds and tweakers don't have common scene and don't really think the "Job" all the way so they are dangerously stupid.
Medical clubs, most viscous group of money drinkers out there. Just called one today that wanted $2500 and I call and he said "No its $2500 for Indore. Organic premo outdoor is $800 and it better be killer" CLICK on the phone.
Plus when your "In a grow" its impossible to get out because you have commitment and over head to pay back to your brother, mother, father you might have borrowed it from and vacations will consist entirely of visiting clubs.
Now WTF was I thinking!
Also full blown legalization could be just around the corner and prices could drop even below the cost of production if big industry gets in the game, not to mention tobacco and big pharma.
Now with that all said I hope you make some new friends and have a good time working 17 hours a day, First case of Sierra Nevada is on me!
I forgot to mention all of the hydro shops are STOCKED with killer intelligent and kind people, most of them moved into town to grow also lol.. but as the proverb goes,
Should I Mine Gold or Sell Picks & Shovels?
The issue is that the people made the most money during the gold rush were NOT the Gold Miners, they were the ones who are selling picks and shovels.
I forgot to mention, iv listened to more then one story about a best friend relationship "Grow team" being split apart, greed, stupidity, thievery, you name it.
Just about every time two guys get together to do a grow one of them flips out or takes the woman or takes the crop and feels cheated.
I for one have had just about enough drama in this game. There is a crisis more often then not.
Also making friends with growers is tough because they can be quite arrogant and some are belligerent when you tell them cutting down the forest to grow is way not cool.
