FUCK!!!!! thats a lot of cash!!!!! we pay about 1500 a year on 2 acres

lol, i'm from s jersey, and i don't see those d bags around my parts either.. i think most of them come from places like ny and come to jersey to give it the same shitty name that they give to their parts of ny honestly..

jersey is ok.. lots of attitude though.. never going to have to pump your gas again though.. if you stay away from the major cities and move more into a small town, country, then you'd never know of any of those jerkoff's that they show on tv for sure..
there's still plenty of nice places in nj for new people, but it is super crowded in some areas.. real estate taxes are kind of high, not sure were your moving from, but our taxes are almost 8k a year for right around an acre of property..

lol this is very true, but the nj i know is nothing like what i see on the television on shows like the real housewives of nj or even the jersey shore, not that i watch the real housewives of nj mind you, i don't know where they get these people from to be honest with you..
and for the one who said north jersey and south jersey are the same state, i wish they weren't as they really are that much different.. north jersey gives you the likes of the real housewives of nj and the douches on the jersey shore, even though 80% of them live in ny and not nj.. and south jersey has more of a philly vibe to it, if you know what that means at all..
i see waht u mean, north jersey is likea little extension of NY. Ny is kind of full of cheesy dbags.

my family was paying over 20k a year in taxes when i was young. i would never pay that, such a waste of money. not sure why my dad never saw it that way.

oh yeah but ive always found philly to be a bit of a mini wannabe NY and it's inda dumpy

phillys not a bad city.. of course it's no nyc, but there's only one nyc.. there are some really bad parts of philly like the badlands and parts of k n a, but there are some really beautiful parts of philly like old town and up around the art museum and all.. every city has it's shit parts and it's nice parts... but come on, nothing beats some of the food on the east coast / philly area like a kick ass cheese steak from geno's or pats, or some rocking pizza from any number of places, i like lorenzo's on south street though.. i'm always hearing people on here talking about how good subway is, christ, you'd get made fun of around here if they catch you walking into or out of a subway..
my gf lives in maine, and they have shit for food up there, frozen pizza crusts, no kinda steak sammy's or forget about a good ass italian hoagie.. she can't wait to get down here and the first thing she thinks of is what she's going to eat..

well i kind of like the idea of moving there. i could get a job easily. i can get an apartment for a few bucks less than what i pay here. 3.89 a gal of gas. florida has bad inflation.for instance gas. in the earlier post it was 350s for a gal of gas. its 380s here. what i personally think is that nj and fl are very similar when it comes to cost of living. but the fact that theres work there and more than one opportunity to suceed there.

the beaches are pretty nice so is the countryside
ozone is pretty bad sometimes too, as well in certain areas it tends to be quick paced major traffic and stay way from the bridges into NYC
