Autoflowering

I just used the spoon that came with the nutes! My watering can has a number 6 on it? That mean its a 6 Gallon? & i think i used like 4ml of the stuff! Which was around 1/4 of the recomended dose!
jack nailed it, your girl just experienced slight transplant shock. I understand the benefits of gradually increasing the size of your pot--root development, etc. But I skipped all of the in-between sizes and went straight to the big guy. I haven't encountered any issues, my roots are fine, and my watering schedule has been exactly how I want it.

i'm using 3/4 tsp of tiger bloom. I'll have tiger bloom and big bloom. Any suggestions for usage?

Tiger bloom and Big bloom are both blooming nutrients for Fox Farm (obviously) I was curiuos on usage too....so I did some research and read alot of people had to say about when to use each one.

Say you have a 6 week flowering phase and another week for flushing. week 1-4 you use Tiger Bloom and week 5-6 use Big Bloom.
Instead tho...on week 4 i'm going to do half and half with the Tiger bloom and Big Bloom.
Week 7 - flush

p.s. - it's probably safe to up it to 1 1/2 tsp per gal next nute watering. and then 2tsp after that. nutrient burn isn't an overnight thing.. so kinda see what shes made of ;) but be gentle at the same time.
& - post some picss lol

i'll post pics tonight, gonna trim her a bit. I heard a lot about people using big bloom and tiger bloom at the same time toward the end of flowering like you said you were going to do on week 4ish--might try that myself. When people say "per gal" --are you giving your plant a gallon of water at one time?? I meant that I put 3/4 tsp into a regular 16.9 fl oz poland spring bottle filled with distilled water.

When I say "per gal", I mean i mix the nutes in a gal so I can get the right nute-water mix..then water my plant (she takes near a gal ever 2.5 days). Or you can get a smaller container and do math to figure it out.

I wouldn't trim her. I trimmed a few leaves off my auto...and i seriously regret it. with auto's...you need every leaf.

Funny you suggest that. I did a bunch more research and decided against trimming it. So advice taken! It's my first grow, I just assumed it would help. When I found out that the leaves are basically like solar panels, I realized that this little auto needs all the leaves she can get. You can check my sig if you want updates on her growth.

As promised, 4 days into flowering, Sweet Afghani Delicious S1 Autoflower feminized from World Wide Seeds:

Exactly. I thought you were growing outdoor. For 8in tall...you got really good development.
However I would'a used a smaller pot for sure. Good indoor setup...that's def the way to go without getting into the whole hps and mh lights.

Is that the only plant your growin? your probably in to this more than your going to get out of it.
You got more seeds?

Yah...I like your lighting setup..very nice. Well atleast you have the setup now so you can grow plants consistently throughout the year.

Next grow - you should get like 3 small-medium sized pots and just grow 3 at a time.
definitely got enough lights.

Growing is also a great experience...so even tho ur not getting as much out of it that you put into it "yet".
It's def worth doing what your doing

I guess the smaller pot would allow me to water it more frequently and thus give it a better ration of nutes. I'll definitely take this advice in the future.

For now, I'm giving this one a solid concentration of nutes each watering, seeing as I only water about 1x / week at this stage. I'm only giving it about 1/4gal this week and 3/4 tsp tiger bloom total. I plan to water twice next week, 1/4gal each time with 1/2 tsp tiger bloom in each watering. It comes out to about 5.6 tsp of tiger bloom for the week.

First timer here. Picked up an ATF labelled clone from SF, stuck it outside in June and I noticed it began flowering the first week of July so its been a month in flowering now. Guess this would be considered an auto since it flowers dependent of photoperiod.

dependent of photo-period? Autoflower means that it goes from veg thru flower regardless of how much light it gets. not dependent on 12/12 and can be put under light for 24/7.
