hey wasup CD? Your plants are beautiful like always, nothing new..Lol..If i had more money and time i would try to "top" but money is tight and i dont wanna mess anything up for my first grow.. Im getting pissed off because i replied yesterday and nothing went through because it said i wasn't logged in, Wtf?? And for some reason i cant upload my pics on here.. i wanna show you guys what im working with, but this shit is slowing the whole process down. i got the 3 bulb light fixture with the Y's and all but i don't know what to connect the little black and white wires on the back of that Light Fixture too?? Do i cut up a regular extension cord and twist them up together with the white and black wires then plug it in the wall??? lol im not good with wiring at all. PLEASE guys i need all the help i can get...

yea you just use a regular cord and black tape it up really good, i would get some wire nuts just for safety.

cut the end off, twist the wires together, put the wire nuts on and then tape up with black electrical tape and plug in. ZAP!! oh shit!! LoL, no really, should work fine. you can post oics here if you want, no problem. the bare copper wire is a ground wire, i didnt use it.

1 : How much more height did you add when you added to the top of the box ?

2 : How do you raise and lower your light ?

3: How many fans will I need ? And what cfm should they be ? (I currently have one 80mm PC now) I am going same set up as you cd...3 socket bar light with "Y" adapters...

18 inches, i cut the top off, about 4" to keep the metal bar, that way, the lights can still hang from it.

2 : How do you raise and lower your light ?
i screwed a small piece of wood, 18x2x1 inch to the top of the light bar with 2 eye hooks, loop the chain around the metal bar and hook the chain to the light bar, then just adjust the chain up and down.

3: How many fans will I need ? And what cfm should they be ? (I currently have one 80mm PC now) I am going same set up as you cd...3 socket bar light with "Y" adapters...
i have 4 up the left side of the box, 80mm's, and the 10 inch fanin the top of the box sucking air out, the a/c vent, 12x6 inches, in the lower right side for a passive air intake. if you did 2 10" fans, 1 in the side and 1 on the top, you might not need the computer fans and power source.

Concord love your grow, hell you have more buds than leaves But from your pics it looks like all the leafs are burnt on the tips/curling up a little, nute burn?

all the fans are for exhaust only, the fans suck fresh cool air through the vent in my room. i got mine at a thrift store for 5 bucks, but you should be able to find one at walmart now that its summer. any fan will work, just take the brackets/mount off. thanks man and i would try just putting the seeds right into the soil.

well here we are at 13 weeks, 91 days for these babies. i never thought it would take this long. there are more amber trichs now, so im gonna cut within the next couple days. i cant wait to smoke some off that big cola on sweety!!!
