Starting some clones in 24oz soda bottles:eyesmoke:. My first clone is doing good. I cut 3 more today, ill have 4 clones going and will keep them all on 12/12 in the same box. Total of 6 plants now :D. They were all taken from the younger plant, the older one is to far into flower. They will stay in those 24oz bottles also. :-P

cool man, your plants are looking real nice. i'm starting to try cloning aswell, made a ghetto bubble cloner so hopefully that will work :)

Ah dude everything is looking ace! I'm started to get excited to see those buds. Your clones look like they are loving it too.

Thx guys :D. Yea, i'm waiting for those buds too :lol:.. they will be flowering for 12 - 15 weeks... I'm thinking, Halloween bud!:leaf:


A couple colas off one of my larger plants started leaning towards the 1 cfl i had going, so i added some more. Running 150w hps/3x26w 2700k cfls/30w 6500k tube. Still have 8 26w cfls left, will probably add a few more.:leaf:

I'm resetting my flowering count. Seems like lst during flowering stops the production of pre-flowers and focuses more on stem growth (in my case at least). Starting the flowering time after the last lst. Oldest plant is 13 days into flower and the younger is 6 days flower.:leaf::leaf:

That's my oldest plants stock. Its going to be crazy thick :eyesmoke:

The older plant is towards the back of the box, in pic 4 you can see its starting to flower more, if i count flowering time from the first sign of preflower (before lst) it would be over 4 weeks flower, i call bs on that. :D In pic 5 that is the plant that is 1 week younger, over 3 weeks flowering (if counted before lst and first sign of sex) i call bs on that also. Judging from my other grows and from researching, i re-calculated the flowering time. Older plant 14days flower, younger 7 days flower.( after last lst & first sign of all tops with preflowers). Seeing the size of the cola stems and lsting the way i did, height seems to be defying the way plants naturally grow & defying the laws of gravity. :lol:. Just saying. If they are not covered in hairs by the time they hit 36" my scissors will fix the height issue.:leaf::leaf: (current height 23")

You forgot to tie down the side branches too!
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Just kidding.
But when you LST, you have to keep the stretchers low too.
Just tie every branch down with string and let it go.

Hmm, yea i am thinking about it. At least with the younger plant. Its the same height as the older one, odds are it will grow taller, they are both different strains also... Thinking........


Thanks for the help :D I'm going to go sit with the plants and see what they think..



Edit: Had a sit down for a min with the plants. Way to many tops to tie down. They have 22" of head room left so i think they will be ok. If they do happen to reach 45" (top of the box) I decided to knock the top out of my box, mount the light on the ceiling, witch will give me another 4ft :lol:. I figure, if they want to grow 8ft tall ill let them. :leaf::leaf:

I cant stay mad at my plants:weed:. Got a plan, see what happens. They were bushing out like crazy. I tied a rope around the plant, while at the same time making sure the rope was hooked to each stem making the plant grow as one. (at least the larger outer colas, witch were the problem) See how it goes :D.:leaf::leaf:

I guess i was more worried about the overall size of the plant and it consuming my whole box. I feel better now. :D

its small :) my next go around i am going to only veg for around 2 - 2 1/2 weeks and see what happens.
pretty sure my plant now is a hermie, sucks but oh well. going to let it finish.
