it's just some bag seed. I'm hoping that it's on the lower end of the 6-12 weeks that for sure. As for telling if it's more indica vs. sativa. It has long skinny leaves... I'm not sure what characteristics mean what, so if anyone has some nput that would be great!

I'll try to gerab some pics next time i head out there..
yea its sativa dominant, so its probably gonna be longer, its most likely a hybid like psychedelictripper said, not many plants now are 100% sativa or indica, most are some type of hybrid, so ur probably looking at sumthing like, 9-12 weeks, but again like psychedelictripper said theres alot of variables determining when a plants done, the best way to tell is to look at the trichomes under a 30x scope, theres alot more info on this in the harvesting curing section, when u think ur almost there put a post up and theyll tell u what to do, also dont let the frost be an issue that makes u harvest early... http://www.gardeningknowhow.com/problems/frost-how-to-protect-your-plants.htm take a look

yea thats ur best bet, mine are in pots too, but for me to bring em in id have to truck em through thick woods, and walk downt the street w/ them, 8 plants, 8 times, not worth it, im gonna give them a light watering, and throw a cotton sheet over them, the night be4, pot plants are tough plants and they will likely make it
