NL5 whats good dog?! You got a good memory bro. I did mention using some overhead lighting this round but I also explain towards the begining of this thread why I was only able to put 2 lights this round and why Ive been gone for a minute. Ran into some bullshit that comes along the way sometimes. This is why I am trying to go for 6lbs from this setup to make it worth it. I expected at least a 10lb run minumum this time around. I am looking into some 600's overhead maybe. I would air cool them and keep them as close as possible to the canopy with out burning. I also got an Idea from MellowKitty about using some T5 Badboys maybe like 4 or 5 of them just to cover the canopy and be able to keep my vertical lighting as low as possible so my bottoms will fill up real nice. NO POPCORNS ALLOWED!! I dont like vegging with overhead. I love vertical for everything. Plants will always grow towards the light due to the auxins. I like to keep my plants real tight not a fan on stretched plants. They will always grow upwards anyways. So I would only add the overhead lighting for flowering really.

Thanks Vaped. I hand water all these girls almost impossible to even walk in this tent. Its a pain in the ass but I know what they like and who eats more so its better for me to work them individually and tend to their needs easier this way. I think Im gonna be very close this run and that makes me happy bro. I really wanted to hit that 6 mark but its not over till the fat lady sings. Anything over a gram per watt in my books is a damn good yield. Looking forward to 1.3 GPW wish me luck. Be easy vaped. New pics coming soon.

i donno if you can pullk6 pounds off 2 hps but im pretty confident you will pull 5 to maybe 5 and a half.... on your next run if your gonna go vert again top supe heavy dont lst at all just top every grow site like 3 times, and give the plants a 1/4 turn in there pots everyday............... that will help alot

CMH as overhead sounds like just as good as an idea if not better than T5 bad boys. I've been wanting to try CMH since there is sooo much hype, and that sounds like a brilliant idea. I also need to switch to vert still, lol. I figure I am probably going to just go balls the wall vert with 2400w - 3000w in my 4x8 using 600w HPS. I just need to get my new veg space set up to grow trees, instead of flat little bushes.

Mega put me on the vert set up and now it looks like im going to have to buy me a bigger tent to try a crazy 2nd grow. Hell I have to finish my first one though. haha.. It looks like are harvest will be close to each others Mega.

Well then quit fucking around and bust it out! Its so hard to decide what to do half of the time because we see so many awesome setups work so well on this site. Sorry for the lack of updates. Im busy as hell these days with all kinds of shit going on. Everything is coming along great. I am super happy with my XXX they are producing some fine flowers. Resin is already exploding from the calyxes and they are so solid those colas. I have like 15 inch colas and a bunch of them. The chem and Giesel are coming along but taking a little longer due to the size of them and genetics. My buddy I got the XXX from usually harvests at 55 days so its a quick finisher with the giesel and chem being a good 70-75 day strain especially if you want to see some color.

Here are just a few random pics I was able to snap yesterday. Im also on a little mission with some fricken thrips this late in flowering. I blasted them with some azamax already and some Dr Doom Fogger. Im pretty sure it should hold them down till harvest. Those fuckers are destroying my foliage.

Here we go with the XXX. She is really filling in nicely and should be done around the same time as the bubble. I am beginig to flush these girls as well. Some of the calyxes on the main colas are already begining to purple up. Smell is getting really kushy too.

Right on bro. Thanks for the update. Hope the thirps stay away, don't they know there is some serious business being conducted. I just love those xxx leaves. The double serration is just crazy. I've never liked a leaf so much, I usually just look at the buds. (the buds are good looking too, lol)

And no worries on the updates. Being busy is a good reason to be away a little... not updating because you can't find your camera battery charger is a little lame, but happens to the best of us.
