No potency again - heat/c02 issues?

I've actually been counting from the day I've switched but I think I've always allowed for the transition period. Isn't 2 weeks a bit long, I thought the stretching was usually considered part of the flowering process? I've usually added about a week to 10 days.

closer to 10 days i'd say, but if your allowing for that...then IMO it is to much fertilizing causing a lockout.

I've got some information about the water in my area: it's ppm is 269 which doesn't sound too bad to me, what do others think? It also says that the detergent rating is 'hard'. Can I get away with not phing? It really is a hassle when you've got plants at different stages of growth requiring different amounts of nutes.

its all genetics not you. unstable strains make unpotent bud.... hignh temps will decrease potency but not to the point you are descirbing. thats all genetics imho.

high light with high heat = big stretch. high light with low temps = little stretch. get the temps lower to reduce stretch.

Thanks for all the replies. The temperature in the vegging room was often over 30 degrees I think and the same for the flowering room. Now I've put an exhaust in the flowering room, temps hit around the mid twenties. I've just started to germinate another seed, and am going to grow it with proper ventilation from the beginning, to see whether it really is that which is causing it.

Are you drying curing it properly? I think it takes 10 days of curing for the nugs to covert the THC to cannaboids??!?! I think?

growing from seeds is like playing scratch off lottery tickets ,, you never know what your gunna get , and Most are losers
i think growing proven clones is our best bet , but there hard to come buy

ya...maybe that seed bank is bogus? strains, and bad weed, and high temps? the dude should be able to grow something that gets him high...whether its a bowl, or 5...should do the trick, i've never heard of a weed with no ptency...hemp maybe.

think it must be genetics too,

ive grown in 35c+ heats, buds just got airier.

nutrient deficiencies and ph out of wack, just made for smaller buds.

lack of air, just smaller buds.

last harvest i felt was rather potencyfree lol, but it turns out i just had smoked it too long it kicked my brothers ass (who hasnt smoked inawhile)

hows your tolerance?

My tolerance is pretty normal I think - although saying that, I do smoke quite a lot when I have it.
