My thoughts. I dont mind if gay people marry, have sex, get a civil union etc...But I do have an opinion about it. I feel marriage should be between a man and a woman personally.
I'll throw out metaphor. If I go to a restuarant that only serves turkey sandwiches and I demand that they serve me a pulled pork sandwich instead, are they in the wrong for not granting me my request even though I know they dont serve it there. They could say we dont mind if you eat pulled pork, but we are not going to provide it for you. But where are my equal rights I say? What equal rights they say. You are demanding we provide a service we have never provided before, and it is against our belief to eat pork. So even though it is against our religion to eat pork, you want us to serve it to you with a smile because you say equal rights?
Yes people might say homosexuality is not a choice, and people are born that way.....Perhaps. But if that is realy the case and we are sexual creatures to that extreme, then how could one deny that the killer instinct is not the same. Some people are born violent, and it is not their fault then commit crimes. We should just say aww man, even though that guy punched me and knocked me out, robbed me etc.. he was born that way and we should let him be. Does that seem good?
