Another good recipee is to order the bacteria in powder form off ebay for wholesale prices. I found that tea made with just a few teaspoons of the bacteria and also some black molasses to help jumpstart the colonies and some RO water/airstone/airpump and 18 hours later yu have some very potent tea!
For bacteria dominant tea only brew for 18 hours, if you want a more diverse tea then just bubble longer like 24 to 72 hours.
