I know this is a dumb question but ....... is it bad to plant your seed/sprout in the pot you plan on finishing in?
I started my nl in a 1 1/2 gal pot only got 20+ inch vert. Got that king kush coming wana make sure I can get some clones from it so want to grow to the fullest of what I got.

i forgot to buy a root accelerator! i rarely use this stuff but i'm trying to tighten up my grow to reduce the number of plants i've been growing so i'm going to give the ladies a shot of something. i hate that i have 2 hydro stores reasonably close, and neither opens until 10! since i don't drive high, that means no wake and bake when i need something! i should yell at them for not opening at 6 or 7! :)

Oh yeah purp buds. Grape ape x og drool. Got another 6-9 days and sitting by the door for my del. I'm like a kid on x-mas eve.

Yeah they opened a lot of shops in the east valley and north side Phx.. They only have 1 on the west side.

like a lot of things about growing pot, opinions vary widely! :)

you'll be fine, but you'll have to do some reading and see whose opinions you think are closest to the truth! i start in party cups or 1/4 gallon grow bags, and then repot up to 1 gall then up to a 2 or 3 gallon for the final! i believe it helps increase root mass.

i'm going to try my smart pots this round, i'm hoping for a bigger root mass!

I've read a lot already. Tbh tho I like the help here more then a lot of threads. And all I'm looking for is exp from peps.

for my first high of the day, i'm trying a very old cross that i never grew out before. it's a skunk #1/afgani #1 (the F1s were from the mid 90s when the skunk and the afgani were great). deep, bright red hairs! it's beautiful and tastes pretty good considering i just cut it down on saturday! now the real question is, how high am i...

What he said. One thing I learned since I started growing is do your research or ask questions and then find what works best for you and go with it. Dude dont be afraid to ask us newb questions, we all were newb growers at some point and we love to help.

Yup yup <3 az thread I got to know y'all and know who knows there shit and who doesn't. I was readding a post on not transplanting and someone chimed in saying you can get better growth by letting roots build in smaller pots then transplant them. Just wandering how true that was and am really stone and can't find the damn thread again. So thought my AZ peps could help.

Starting small and moving up, for me, also help all a round growth. Depending upon what medium you are using and how much water retention your medium has. For a straight soil grow it is the only way to go I think. What happens is.... Your small plants don't have enough roots (let say you start and finish in a 3 gallon pot) to wick up the moister in the soil, and not enough green foliage to wick it out into the surrounding air. So your plant basically is rotting and growth is stunted. What I do is dixi cup until root-bound and relatively has a lot of foliage. Then I 1 gallon until root-bound then I finish in 3 gallon pots. As for other mediums.... I would do the same with CoCo unless you are going to use only one size pot then I just Dixi (in soil) then into my bag/pot I am Coco'ing in (2 gallons). Hope that helps.

I'm in coco 1.25 gallon air pots. I so hope I dont have to go to a bigger pot but I probably will...

azcs are the only people running this medical marijuana program correctly, People need to stop putting them down for if you cannot do better yourself, opening up a place where patients feel comfortable going in and getting meds, not risking getting robbed by some street thugs. shure its 400 dollars and oz and thats fine to all the patients that have money and cant obtain high quality meds anywhere else. They have bills to pay people, prices will lower if/when things get more settled in. So any one dogging on azcs I suggest you shut your yap unless you can do better, open up a actuall collective/compassion club and try to sell your meds for 300 an oz. I havent checked out this site for 2 months ,and I come back to see all these mmj patients hating on the one group thats actually trying to move this program forward (shame on you haters). So delete my post again moderator your only deleting the truth. i thought better of this place untill now.
