Now that is the exact idea I gave to some investors I know who had rights to open a dispensary. After that got pushed back I told them to do exactly what you said. It eliminates all problems legally as well because everything would be centrally located which means the government could always monitor. Not a bad gig for the patients that would prefer to grow their own.

i have been kicking this idea around for a minute now. the only drawbacks i see would be from the feds. it would have to be setup in such a way that each unit was separate. this could lead to a system in the future

It's all about trust. As long as you can fully trust someone then you shouldn't have a problem. But like I said before people start to see only green and I'm not talking about buds. People have the assumption that they know what they are getting into but once that money starts pouring in people lose track of the initial goal; helping people! At least in my experience that is what I have noticed. It's a shame but money changes people.

its only a matter of time before people start feeling they should at least be able to make enough to feed their family, and then make their mortgage payment, and then get that new car you have been needing, etc. it would take a lot of work to run an operation like that. its much easier said than done and i know if i am spending most of time doing something i need to make money as well.

I am thinking what if? 3 caregivers joined forces and maintained a 180 plant grow operation in a private warehouse (I have one) and cover the direct costs which should be very reasonable for patients.. And give free to the very needy not able to afford their meds.. This may not be the time to push the issue with the State, but am thinking....

some one please give me some input if they got it ??????? my patient that im signing up to be there caregiver, just got back there new card i tried to put the new patient # but all it said is invalid information, now the new card has an issue date of 11/05/11... what gives do i have to wait until this becomes valid???, this is so frustrating has any one done this before.... change a patient card status from authorized to cultivate to designated caregiver ??? please i need help guys...

i figured it out im such a dumb ass! i wasnt looking for a patient #, but rather a # that started with AZQP it was on the receipt from the changing the status on the patient card. Like i said im such a dumb ass! At least im releaved now just got my receipt and about to drop my finger prints in the mail tonight...yeaaaa boy!!!

I will sit on the sidelines trying to perfect a style that will allow me in the future to become a hired caregiver. I can give care to those that need it without paying the state,thru donationing(my new word), which at this moment in time does not require me to register, fingerprint, keep records, or have a larger public presence.

If you had been around pot for well over 40 years without problems, it might make you think a bit more clearly on the subject.
