i heard it was also filed in the wrong court so it won't really go anywhere anyway. Which is a bummer.

I stand for the man in compliance and my knees shake for the others... The FEDS are coming in town my friends! Be sure to be in compliance with State laws! What jail shall house a patient in compliance? A written agreement doesn't overturn the law!!! Knowingly or unknowingly!!

Well today the Az. Dept. of Health started accepting MJ dispensary applications, and bout a half dozen aps have already been submitted to the "process" for review. We as patient/caregivers are approaching the controls associated with the dispensary openings. Both my patients have renewed my rights to produce for them until late June next year and I am pleased. Things will shake out in ways that will surprise most of us over this next year, and looking forward to these surprising upcoming events. I'd recommend that all card holders, that can, renew before the big change happens and maintain your cultivation rights, these rights are very valuable and should be preserved especially through these times.
