Wow! That doesn't surprise me. I find it hilarious that us voters can approve something and yet still we have shit like this happen...
Lets vote brewer out and a toddler in.... Maybe then, we could see results.

They have release eveyrbody except for Bill at this point. The rumour that I have heard is they are claiming that we sell meds to anybody, even without a card.
This place of any should realize how much of a joke THAT is.. hell just today we were discussing the membership agreements and agency rights etc...
Its a crock of shit people, thats what it is... Attempt to bankrupt us a month before dispensary apps. No doubt.

if you get rid of the 25 mile rule then you can still operate regardless of where or when a dispensary opens.

Wow man I am sorry to hear that. The pd and Feds are the real crooks. Why aren't they raiding meth houses today? Instead they pick someone who is completely compliant and doing it the "right" way. Take a look at all new MMJ states... There are several raids that were unwarranted in the first place... An attempt to ease the masses and imply conformity.
Or straight coincidence; which is not the case my friends!! Who is suing our state on behalf of Us, patients?
I will tell you.... The same person who is the founder of AZCS... The same person being held by the PHX PD...
I think the Whole MMJ Program maybe at risk... Or may better the likelihood of the "25 Mile Rule" being repealed.
"Staged Raid" what judge signed the warrant? On what grounds? This is info we should all know and ask for as citizens.
In any way, shape or form am I say or implying law enforcement did wrong but mere speculation!
When we are no long protected by Our 1st Amendment Right; question folks.

This current law sucks all the way around, it's free markets and peoples free will that stops this madness, anything short of that is a mess.. Decriminalize and it's over..

In my opinion... The man is insane. Maybe Bi-Polar or split personality.
Realistically, he is dropping dimes because his organization was working in the Black Area and he got shut down for it.
And his lawsuit for 5 million because his character has been shot. That is true. By his own doings he did all that; many can say this is true.
I will never walk into a place that has a door fee to get medicine. Not honest in my book.

His dispensary was already denied thats why he went "bitch mode" and started with that law suit, at least thats the rumor from the clubs.

I don't think this had much to do with al Sobol guys. As much as I stand behind acs and Bryan, you gotta admit, Bill Hayes has been asking to be raided for a long time.
1. has newtimes come out and shows them hundreds of plants growing, lets them take pics.
2. has a leafly page with pricing (illegal) right on their website
3. files a 25 mile lawsuit, pisses off authorities because now they have to spend $$$ to fight it
Bottom line is. Regardless of whether Sobol ratted him out or Gerald Gaines or whoever, this was a long time coming. I wish them the best and hope they come through it but this entire situation is a big black eye for all of us who have been keeping it low key just hoping to get a Dispensary goin.
We shall see how it plays out.

Suffice it to say, I think the police were a little startled when they busted in and didnt find more than a few hundred dollars, and a couple lbs of meds. (not 45+ like at previous busts, etc)
And they hit us everywhere... with everything they had... I've been screamin it since the beginning, we are a mom and pop organization. We operate in the true non-profit fashion, or at least as close as we physically can...
Rebel, Resist, Rebuild.
We are lucky enough to be supported by our own community at this point, there have been multiple caregivers and patiets who stayed up all night after the raid cutting us clones.... I fucking cried guys.. multiple times..

P.S. this very subject was brought up when we were deciding.... I'm sorry.. when BILL HAYES was deciding if he REALLY wanted to take this on.
We all knew the media it would bring, good or bad, and he made the decision to stick with it. There are no regrets, we've stuck with what we believe is the right thing to do.
I would have you know... after hearing more about our story and what we REALLY do for patients, there were 7 more signatures on the No25MileRule petition when the authorities left.

Bill said himself they WILL be filign charges on him. IMO due to the plant count they are going to turn it over to the feds so they can send a message.
