In the first pic she looks underfed. That yellow around he edges of the leaves is a nute defficiency. Possibly magnesium. I'm no expert though, just going off some research I did. I wouldn't hang them up just yet. You'll get much better buds if you wait a few more weeks. She doesn't look deathly bad of IMHO. If you don't want to dick with her anymore just let her ride and see what happens. Just give her water.

Puffin, do like the OP said and go get a box of miracle grow (he said tomatoe food) i recomend a miracle grow product called bloom booster its 10-52-10 i used this and it worked pretty good.

if you put the spikes in 2 months before them leaves started to burn then it is not the fert that is burning them but none the less you dont want to use the spikes because they have a high nitrogen level and your plant needs next to no nitrogen right now.

your plants look like they are light deprived. but they might just be earlier in thier flower stage then i am thinking. i would get some good lights on them and mix up some of that bloom booster the stuff is like 5 bucks at wally world and despite what anyone says about MG products it worked really well for me this past harvest season.

im thinking u burnt the leaves with your lights but i cant say for sure, the bloom booster is "gaurenteed" to not burn your plants so if you start out with 1/4 dosage and work your way up you will be fine.

hope this helps
Matt

If it's been 2 months since she's been fed I would give her some food. Start small and listen to what she's telling you. She'll let you know if it's to much or to little. ;)

Damn! Is it just me or is that a long ass time to flower? Is that a full sativa or somethin?
And don't lose hope yet. Growing herb is supposed to be an enjoyable experience. Playin with my plants is my happy place. If you stress it ruins the zen.

they should be further along, like i said before some bloom booster and some better lighting you will see a huge difference.

what are you using for lights?

Don't bum yourself out chic. :) You'll still get some tasty buds off her. The herb gives happiness, both in growing and smoking. Just because it's not perfect doesn't mean it wasn't worth while. If nothing else, chock it up to a learning experience. I bet you'll feel a lot better when you smoke some of those budz. Since you're thinking about hanging her, you might as well pluck off a little bud and quick dry it. Smoke it up and see how she is. I bet you'll feel better afterwards.

also remember, if you do decide to quick dry some. quick drying can make the herb taste like shit so dont get too discouraged if it isnt the best tasting

It really doesn't matter where you snip it from. Just pick one that you like, thank the plant for what she's done, and snip her off. As far as the actual quick-drying method, I use my oven set at 125F. Just check it VERY frequently and turn her over a few times. Microwave ovens work to. Use the lowest heat setting possible.
