the top that broke off yesterday, took it and cut it down added some rooting hormone and planted in the same bucket as mom. seems to have perked up quite a bit overnight, maybe there is hope for it yet

Alright so i bent or "LST" 2 other plants under the ScROG box in hopes to full the screen a bit more. if any plants turn out to be Male ill just cut them out of the way but i think being prepared for them will increase my yeild
thoughts? opinions.
also moved my lights a bit closer and put a "Hood" (aluminum foil) on them to try and redirect the light that was going up

im hoping the reach for that lights and i can get a few extra nodes through that screen, then i can focus my lights on the top of the screen and hopefully get a nice even canopy

Looks good. You bent the hell out of those plants,lol, I bet they like it rough though! Hopefully no males. I feel to lazy to look back for it, but what happened to the clones for sexing? Also, glad to see you put some sort of "hood" on those lights, to use those lumens more efficiently!

Love it!!.. I'm going to go get some salad mix & other herb seeds from the nursery tomorrow.. got some little 4" x 4" cubes for them. Want to keep my wife happy too! She smokes but not like her old man.

the "clones" were just sopme tops that i topped and they didnt make it, all the building i have been doing working on my cab they just got kicked around too much

i have cucumbers, bell peppers and tomatoe's growing in the living room for the kids, horticulture is a fun science and its good to share, just need a plant that is more "kid friendly"

i have em under a 26w 6500k CFL and next to the window. i want to set them up better but its not a possibility right now. im actually doing a experiment with the peppers, i had a sprout come up that i didnt need in planter so i potted it and tossed it in my cab. want to see how much faster it grows compared to its counterpart under just the 1 CFL.
i plan on LSTing the cucumber plants around the rim of the pot and letting the tomato/pepper plants grow in the middle.

so far so good, im thinking withing 2-3 days ill know sex.
i have one lonely plant not in the scrog, may let it finish out normal or i might put my ScROG setup in the middle of the cab and HST all 4 of them underneath it to do a 4 plant SCROG (if there all female)
i dont really want to wait till i know sex to train them tho as it may be a little late and wont get much more stretch.
i cant wait for jan 9th, this is the day i get my check and attitude is running a promo called the lucky 7, baisicly spend like 45 bucks and get 7 free fem seeds

Alright, plans for today are to build a compost bin, cut some grass and rake up some rabbit shit and get a compost bin stared, i wont be growing in straight compost but it will probally be a 50% compost 25% perilite (non miracle grow plane jane perilite) and 25% plain potting soil.
i added peat moss to my mix and i dont like the water retention it has, i can water my plants and not have to water them again for 3 weeks. i like to water every 4-5 days.
im actually thinking of germing some more seeds with in a new potting mix and seeing how they do, seems like my plants have stopped growing. i want to blame this on stress but i think its the soil.
anyways lets get to work!!

ok so had to go to the dump today, found some good stuuf for free there (yep "dumpster hopping")
4 free pallets and a couple of bails of hay. going to have to go to my moms house and rake some leaves for dead carbon aspect but the hay will serve great for my nitrogen base
im thinking i will be super impressed with growing in my own homeade compost.
