so far so good, im thinking withing 2-3 days ill know sex.

i have one lonely plant not in the scrog, may let it finish out normal or i might put my ScROG setup in the middle of the cab and HST all 4 of them underneath it to do a 4 plant SCROG (if there all female)
i dont really want to wait till i know sex to train them tho as it may be a little late and wont get much more stretch.

i cant wait for jan 9th, this is the day i get my check and attitude is running a promo called the lucky 7, baisicly spend like 45 bucks and get 7 free fem seeds

im probally going to do pick and mix anyways and just get my 7 free fem seeds and spend minimum i can. i start hunting for freebies its just gonna cost me more. and honestly i only want fem seeds, cant stand this not knowing game. Fem seeds ill know sex, i can veg to what i want and not have to worry about wasting time growing 4 males and having to start over.

as for the composting, i have 1 layer of dead leaves and 1 layer of hay. going to go to a local boat launch tomorow and collect a shit ton of leaves so i can finish topping off my compost bin. will have some usable compost hopefully for my next grow and some good compost for my veggie garden next year.

Yeah, the waiting game for sex sucks. I thought about how I'd feel if 5/6 of mine are male. Especially after the heavy lst and attention I plan on giving each one! As long as I get one though, ill just veg her huge . But a good mom and clone system or fem seeds would certainly make life easier!

I'm not going to re-veg. Ill have plenty of tops to get a nice clone and sex the clone up before I put in flower. Shit, I probably won't need to take the clones at all. I'm gonna veg so long anyway they will probably show sex before I need to flower. Here's to hoping they show soon for you!!

this is the space i will have to build a new cab once i get some $$

its about 2 ft wide and 6 ft long, can go as tall as i want but no need to go overboard will be probally Scrogging or SoGing

also whant to look into those air pots or smartpots and maybe try em out!! anyone use these before?

thanks man i really hope so i just want to configure this ScROG and lkeave them alone, i have been tough on them but i hope this just makes em even tougher in the long run

maybe even collect some pollen and try and get some seeds, they will be nutrient resilient and could probally kick ass in same soil next go around

I feel your pain man.. and we are all so so so far away from harvesting.. I'm smoking tiny little bowls no joints here...

That was my biggest concern was sexing them before flowering.. its too hard in my opinion..

Can you take a cutting from a plant that has started to flower? and put it back into veg mode?

yes you can, it will grow abnormal for a bit as it reverses its life cycle 9 (they arent designed to go backwards) but you can do it and after a bit more of a wait they will straighten up ad be normal.

That's what I've gathered as well. Re vegging a flowering clone will take a much longer time to root and grow as it switches back.

Nice grabs. I'm looking forward to the promo as well - super curious about he NL bigBud cross. I originally was planning on going with Cali Connections Chem Valley Kush - not sure what theirs tastes like but the original is fantastic. Unfortunately for me I saw some of Swerves postings on here and am going to have to go with Reserva Privadas Kandy Kush instead. Will be super curious about the deadhead og. Everyone keeps trashing Serve but then they win prizes and supposedly carry some super killer strains.

really i dont care what strain it is as long as its not this bagseed shit lol, i will keep the freebies on reserve and maybe fuk with em after a while but im going to order some cheeese strains and work on them at first cuz i really want to try it out.

Composting is great. Chop it all up as fine as possible for a faster compost and add your veggie scraps/egg shells...from your kitchen. Composting takes a while but it's super rewarding.

not much of an update today. i was supposed to finish my compost pile but i was super hungover from a litre of cheap vodka and homeade Khaluah so i didnt get shit done, tomorow i will be heading out bright and early going to go get leaves and possible some manure from a local farm

the plants are looking good, dont really want to disturb them as im waiting for them to start growing through the ScROG screen i want to move them as little as possible. really hoping any day now i can fond out what sex they are.

mat, sorry i dont remember, did you already switch to 12/12? they wont show sex till you do and the males tend to show before females.

yes i switched to 12/12 over a week ago

i am placing the blame on the plants still being fairly immature, same concept as 12/12 from seed the plants will continue to veg untill they are ready and then they will tart to sexually mature.

im more curious and impatient than anything i actually need them to vegg a bit longer so its probally a good thing. i want at least 12 tops coming through my ScROG screen, the rest of the tops that dont make it will be cloned 9providing they are female) and repotted to grow somewhat like a SoG style

heres a quick update,

Compost: will be heading out to go rake some leaves and collect manure today to try and get this compost pile living

Plants: still no real sign of sex but its hard to see a good portion of them as they are growing up towards the screen. the one plant in the back right corner is going to get bent into the screen today i just need to find someone to help me move everything around so i dont hurt any of the plants, there are currently 4 tops grown through the screen and im thinking by tuesday or wednesday will have at least 4 more, they seem to have gotten over thier slight growth stall and be growing at a decent place again.

also going to give them a small watering with some of my bloom food, i flushed about a week ago and i think i got all the food out of the soil so i dont want to starve them, i mixed up a relativly small dose of Miracle Grow Bloom Booster 10-52-10 and will split 1 gal between all 4 plants.
