Impressive. If you don't mind me asking, what's your height and weight? I bench just under 240 and squat about 330. I love watching my maxs grow over time.yep i weight lift regulary...bench max is 270 an dead lift is 300....peace az
Creatine is definitely... different. It serves a different purpose than protein. It helps to keep the muscles well hydrated and retain water, therefore you need to drink a lot of water when you are taking it. Some people feel uncomfortable when they use it(bloating, cramps, etc.), but it works for me. I try take it for no more than 4 weeks in a row.I agree....I dabbled in that stuff.... NOT good..

and Now I am pretty freaky strong and explosive... just eating fruits and veggies and occasional chicken and tuna....
I also take my dogs for a long walk ay least once a day.
Sometimes do yoga
Dogs are great company for exercise. That is, until I get the feeling I can outrun them and soon realize that it's not possible. My boy is too old(16) to walk for more than a half hour without dragging his legs.I also take my dogs for a long walk ay least once a day.
Numbers are actually pretty impressive. I love all the different variations of lifts for lower body and explosion like the front/overhead squats and the cleans. I've never been a huge fan of the pull ups and I've never done them with weights. Do you use a vest, or strapped to your legs?I'm 5'5 150
225lb bench
315lb dead lift
105lb weighted pull up
185lb Jerk
215lb front squat
185lb over head squat
my numbers are not that big but my "times" are pretty decent... and my endurance and stamina are top notch
I don't bench much... mostly push ups, clean and jerks (deep squat), Snatches (deep squat), weighted pull ups, muscle ups, hand stands, ring dips, thrusters etc..
I try to do most activities for "time".
