Liberals are already drilling into Mitt Romney, What makes some of you think that the guy who lost to the guy who lost to the guy who lost to Obama can defeat Obama? The guy that is scared to death to release his tax records. A vote for Romney is a vote for Obama.

The liberal SuperPACS that aren't funding Mitt Romney (yes there is a few of them) have already started putting out ads like this:

Mitt Romney is a perect example of what OWS and Liberals dispise, The posterchild. Liberals have so much Liberal dirt on him that he will be destroyed.

Ron Paul is the only one that can get liberal and independent votes. I should know I am one of them and I'd vote for Obama over Mitt Romney if I couldn't write in a libertarian.

There might be one or two of us on this website that are getting tired of hearing that Ron Paul's cum tastes like peppermint....

There is probably more of us that are sick of your smartass obnoxious one-liner false statements that are meaningless. Thanks for wasting more space on a thread.

Look Mitt Romney can't beat Obama, Liberals and Independents unanimously DESPISE him, someone who divides people so thoroughly can not win period, he can't win with JUST republican votes. If you disagree with me on that fine, tell us why you disagree, don't just be a jerk.

Because he has a business background and an expertise in turning around troubled companies and we need that kind of experience and perspective to help turn the economy around.

He would stop medical marijuana in it's tracks. He is the absolute worst choice for President. I would vote for (god forbid) Ron the Paul before I voted for douchebag Romney.

Having a business background is a negative thing for liberals who are against the Private Sector. So I ask again...

explain why you think Mitt "Corporations are People" Romney can win independent and democrat votes to beat Obama?

Liberals are not independent's... and why would democrats vote for a Republican?

It is all about the independent vote, it always is.

I gave you my opinion, just not the opinion you want or can argue with... Sorry, Ron Paul is going to lose and not because Romney is that great a candidate.

Not the opinion I can argue with? lol not quite.

If its all about independent votes then Ron Paul is getting greater than 50% of the independent vote. Mittens comes in at jack squat. You seem to think Ron Paul came in 4th for some reason, Ron Paul is in second place for votes and it if it wasn't divided to santorum and hunstman(who dropped out) then there is a chance Ron Paul would be absolutely crushing Mitt Romney. The "anyone but mitt" crowd is quite massive as is the Ron Paul crowd this time. Mitt Romney is getting the same votes as he did last election so far he hasn't gained anything compared to 2007.

Latest Polls Also show that Ron Paul does better against Obama(http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2012/01/16/cnn-poll-obama-tied-with-romney-paul-in-november-showdowns/), they also show that most American's don't believe corporations are people. Polls actually show that a vast majority of people agree with Dr Paul on most issues and they show that most people disagree with Mitt Romney.

you have it completely backwards. ronald the millionaire only does ok because there are so many other people in the field. if he were in a head to head, he'd be getting crushed MASSIVELY.

besides, ron paul can't win a general because he can't florida. kerry's states + florida = 271.

If we don't get a third party in this election we never will.

How about we stay on topic? How does Mitt Romney have a better chance then Ron Paul vs obama? He does not stand a better chance and to argue otherwise is sort of being a bit ridiculous at this point? Don't you think? The Majority simply don't agree with Mitt Romney and he is avoiding tough questions...

Ron Paul is the third party
The other guy is running third party- and he doesn't seem to bad but I don't know much about him-
But here's the thing Ron Paul is the third party and at the same time also running to become the nominee for one of the two parties that actually has a chance to win, this means if they chose to nominate him he gets the republican votes plus his votes and third party votes and on and on which would give him the win
The question is will the republicans get behind him for a win or would they rather lose-
I worry they would rather lose

Beardo I can't give you rep for that post its too bad.
It's the truth regardless of rep- but thanks

Who's the other guy running? What's up with him? I think he's from N.M. but not sure. He seems to give Ron Paul credit where credit is due.
Anyways I really hope people get behind Paul
For him to win he needs a huge majority that is undeniable- A win wont get him in, he needs 75% or something to where people are lined up to vote for him

Ron Paul is pro social liberties, Mitt Romney anti-social liberties and pro-economic liberties. A liberal would not vote for Mitt Romney based on every a single issue.
