so, tell us how old you were, what you remember most, what you felt and how it compares to todays mj.



i was 15, had a joint of leaf wasnt a real blast but none the less i felt the medicinal calm, slightly. haha.

first bong however, probs 16, saw my sis and her friend and how they ' sunk it on one ', well i had to aswell. haha, well it was quite the experience. coughed my guts up, felt as though my head was 3 foot taller than normal, and so damn relaxed, almost catatonic. Had 1 cone that night, didnt say a word all night. And instantly the most chinese eyes...



anyway, there is a reason i asked, I believe everyones experience differs, and would like to know how it was for you, and why did you decide to keep smoking. cheers. happy toking

I was 19 lol started late (glad i did though lol). First weed ever was bubba kush. I remeber how much it tasted like how pine needles smell. Super ever green scent. I took a hit and remeber thinking wow... This tastes so good! I can still remeber the feel of the of the smoke to. Nice and thick but n no way harsh but still had that good burn that makes u cough hahahaha. I wasnt comfortable with driving cuz i had never drivin baked so my buddy wanted to get some munchies and went to the store for us. Lol i couldnt think of anything i wanted cuz every candy sounded good so i had him get me skittles lol. He stoped and looked at me and goes "thats it... Thats all u want... A bag of skittles..." Hahahahaha he knew what he was doin cuz hed been smokin for a few years. Idk it was funny as hell at the time cuz he gave me so much shit for the 1 bag of skittles lol but they were damn good! But to compair it to today its about the same for me or better cuz i get bud tgats just as good. Had some bud that wasnt so great but fpr the most part its dank. The first time was good but its been better since then

Ha ha ha great thread mayynnnneeee my first taste of the magical herb was when I was 12 with my buddy and a home ade pipe. We lit it up and dam!!!!!!! I remember tthefirst 5 minutes of me being high like it was yesterday. Let's just say I instamtly fell in love and knew this was my one and only true love. I love mj!!!!!! It was a big ol' blunt...and I can barely remember the experience but I do know I was geeking out & my two friends started making out w/pop rocks...lol

1968 ... 13 years old .... one of my friends and I took the train to visit my older sister at college. Her boyfriend and another guy, both captains of the football team, took us bar hopping by basically intimidating the bouncers at the door to let us in. We got very drunk, went to the house of some friend's of my sister, where she was hanging out that night while the guys went out on the town .. and someone started rolling and passing joints.

I knew right then and there that a lifelong romance had begun.

Yeah sure then: It was 33 years ago. I didnt feel anything the first 2 times, it was shwag both times, but I should have felt something as others did. Then 31 years ago I smoked my first good. I got a severe case of cotton mouth--- and nothing else.
Then a few months later I smoked with a new found friend. I wasnt expecting much based on my previous experiences. It was probably some of that Colombian that they used to pack tons in ships of back in the day, tasted like it. Kinda gold tint to it. A Bob Seger tune was playing on the turntable. The first thing I noticed was that I could feel the music moving past the sides of my head in waves. Talk about weird! Never experienced anything like it since either. But then seconds later it hit me. Like a ton of bricks. The other guys went to the store to play video games, but I had to beg off. I thought I was going to have to crawl home before I got there. I made it home and devoured an entire box of cookies, then went to my room and went to sleep. Next thing I knew my mom woke me up bitching about how I had ate all those cookies in one afternoon. I been lovin weed ever since.

I didn't like it the first few times I tried. I was an athlete in perpetual motion and it didn't fit for me. I pretty much either turned it down or pretended to hit it to shut my best friend up (we were 15) or my biological father (liked pissing mom off by sending me home ripped) when they would peer pressure me. I tried it again at 22 and have loved it since. We just had to find each other at the right time in life. =)

I was 14, sitting with my brother and his friends while they passed around a 'lung'. If you're not familiar with on of those its basically a coke bottle sliced open at the bottom and an oven bag taped to it. Back then very few people had weed, all you could get was some fairly nice hash. This was a few years before the low grade 'soap' completely took over the market. Anyway, my brothers mates insisted I had to get a hit, even then I don't think they realised I'd take the whole lung. I could feel it spreading right from the centre of my chest, colours brightened and then I just burst out laughing. Completely demented mad scientist laughter "aaaHahaHahaHahaHahahaaaaahahahaaaaaaaaaaa" for about 10 minutes straight before I got kicked out of his room.

first time i smoked it was sour diesel or ny sour diesel (can't remember)
16 or 17 with a buddy of mine and his stepdad (30+ major pothead)
we took a box vaporizer out to my buddy's stepdads truck (had to be stealthy, friends mom was inside) and brought a converter so we could plug it in to the cigarett lighter thing. we smoked like 4 bowls out of the vape then went back inside. i look in the mirror and my eyes were TORE THE FUCK UP.. red as shit, could barely open them i was co chinkie eyed. i had this stupid grin on my face and couldn't stop smiling.. it didn't help that they were making me laugh on purpose, then telling me to shut up because i was loud as hell lol my friends mom is a HORRIBLE baker, she made a cake in a 8x12 baking pan that no one touched because they said it tasted like shit, i was so baked i ate the entire fucking cake. shit.. good times getting baked off the vaporizer for my first times getting high. wish i could get high like i used to, all stupid and silly

the next morning my buddy's mom asks "where's all the cake at?".. no one said a word
