I said something again about getting my FDD mugshot avatar and then some random asshole that I've never talked to got pissed at me. So I called him a bunch of shit like "lame ass faggot ass bitch ass..." and so on. But obviously I don't actually talk like that and I was just fucking with him.

And he's like "are you the one in the drivers seat that looks like ice cube" then he said some other dumb shit that I can't remember. And then BAM! can't get on RIU.

About to put up the second coat of mud tomorrow and have everything sanded, primed, painted and ready to put in carpet by the weekend.

A regular sponge does sound like a really good idea, I know all about sanding drywall... that shit gets EVERYWHERE!
You get drywall dust in places you never knew you had lol.

the ones ya get at home depot.....with the tight pores. they are pretty much made for it.

make sure you prime all your mud spots. i like to tint my primer the same color as the paint at least get it close.

i never use a wet sponge the idea is to leave as much mud as possible. after its dry you scrape the wall with a trowel and knock off the bumps then hit it again with thin coats. if its done rite then all you have to do is sand the edges and go over the middle real lite.

i was trying to explain that the point before

that you dont want to be sandin up a storm

honestly you should be able to pave it as close to level as possible
