Organic cheap nutes solution

I just put to brew my first compost tea. So far I was only able to gather Dry Kelp, Alfalfa and Blackstrap molasses.
My recipe is:
1 gallon of water
4 table spoon of alfalfa
1/3 of a sheet of dried Kelp
1 teaspoon of molasses
Airpump with air stone.
Do you think I can use it straight after 24hr, or should I mix it with water 50/50?

i dont know i use gauno its mad powerful but i wouldn't call it cheap average price really. here i my transition tea i change the ratio for flowering and veg but this is what i put in my tea and i know its pretty cheap becusee a small bag of both gaunos and all the chemicals where about at a 1/3 left after a big grow that tool 8 mo..
TRANSITION COMPOST TEA: pH 6.4-6.6
Worm castings: 4.5tbs (10$ abag) Mexican guano:1.5tbs (10$ a bag)
Indonesian guano:1.5tbs (10$ abag) Pure blend:0.5 oz (20$ a bottle there are other cheaper sources of K but this stuff i great)
Fungus: 1tsp or 5 cc (30$ abag) Seaweed extract: 0.5oz (10$ a bottle maxicrop)
Carbohydrate: 3oz(10$ will get you a couple bottles of cornsyrup i mix with a 2 to 1 ratio with a 20$ bottle of humboldt honey) oatmeal: 1oz (5$ for can of plain oatmeal at the store)
DIRECTIONS:5 gallon bucket is filled to top with tap water or reverse osmosis filtered water. A large air stone is placed at the bottom of the bucket. Dry ingredients are put in a mesh bag and tied shut with a twist tie. Dry ingredients in bag are then placed in water and liquid ingredients are then added solution is to be left alone for 24 hours, then it is to be aerated/agitated for 24 more hours.
a little over a 100$ but on a small grow this would last for a couple seasons. a big one this would last maybe one and a half

Thanks bargar, I will try full strength on tomatoes first then.
Your recipe looks good alphawolf but quite pricy IMO, especially if you grow just few plants. So far I spend $4 on molasses, $2 on Dry Kelp, $5 on Alfalfa. Planning to get small bag of EWC for $5 and fish Emulsion for $10. Most of the things are surprisingly hard to find here, and hydroponics stores charge a quite nice premium that I am not willing to pay. $30 for a 3.5L bag of guano.... no thanks.

I don't know what kind of guano you use...but my bat shit smells like shit...works wonders though...I think u have to compost the alf alfa meal first cuz it heats up in soil....I would use high Nitrogen bat guano instead. it has no smell and has a much better N ratio and many benificial soil microbes already inside,,,Does wonders for the soil and ur plant...Fish tank water u can feed to ur plants everyday...I would also not put the epson salt into the mix. I would just folar spray my plants with the epsom salts. Pluss fish emulsion usually has mag inside of it.....but thats a good feeding reg for ur sprouts

hey to each his/her own. like i said it lasts a while 1.5 tbsp's of gauno insnt much per tea all together yes its a pricey tea. but a year or 2 worth of nutes for my personal makes it worth it.

Oh yeah, for those prices I would get it too. The other place that have 5lb bags sells it for $40. And at rate of 1.5tsp per 5 gallon I am probably looking for more then 10 years of supply in my case 
And no1 appears to sell shit in smaller quantities.
For my next tea I will try to get my hands on some kind of manure or compost.
