well it was more a concern to me since its concrete which has a tendency to be cold and get damp, you guys might be right but I decided to play it safe and I've trimmed out alot of the budsites that were along the wall... just the shaded ones reallly, any lollypopper would have got rid of them anyways. and removed some of the fan leaves that were making alot of contact with the cement. It kindof opens up a channel for airflow along the wall. Next grow will be in the open space of a 10x20 room(unfortunately only 6 foot ceiling) and mylar will be used in such a way as to make it movable, so it wont be a problem next time.I agree with Old Luck. Mold shouldn't be an issue. Most of my KM phenos colas weren't overly dense, so mold was/is never a concern.
Yes oldluck the flouros would be in the corners of the room vertically for side lighting. All those future grow plans are being changed in my mind over and over with different ones though. What I want to do is have 4 separate flowering areas in the room, so that I can run 4 completely different styles of grow. I'm thinking of going with super-soil just to make life easier so all I do is add water.
I want to do a 1 plant/1k light grow. a 6 plant/1k vertically hung grow. a 1k SOG grow. and I havent decided on the 4th option yet...
Does anyone know what a good GPW is in super-soil? I like the ease of use but if the yield is too low I may go for DWC, rDWC and ebb&flow
