They also raided 2 other dispensaries in Oakland this morning from what I understand.

F***the FEDS.

Meanwhile down the street some guy just smoked 6 people at a Christian School in East Oakland, and the gunman is on the loose. Way to use the cities resources!

you have no idea if they were fallowing state-law. I am convinced SOMEBODY was evading taxes or doing something wrong.. DEA did not wake up one morning and say Hrmm lets get Oaksterdam.. The IRS was involved as ALWAYS.. so it has to do with suspicious $$$ imo.

Did you see how many plants they removed? They have probably been investigating whatever the reason for a while now, they have MMJ clinics on the same block, they have Oaksterdam Museum.. all were shut down. This is not just about the school, I am sure foulplay was involved @ some point.

It is highly doubtful these organizations violated State law. Federal law? Sure.

Very highly doubtful. You have to be very fucking dense to think that this administration isn't going after any and all relatively big MMJ producers and/or politically active groups. Their actions are completely transparent and you have to be living in deep denial to think Obama is MMJ friendly. Very fucking deep denial indeed.

Forget the other really incredibly horrible shit Obama has claimed he can do.

Oakland city councilwomen said they didn't know about the feds coming untill at the last minute when they asked for assistance with crowd control. It was all DEA taking the plants, safe, shutting downt the gift shop, etc...Meanwhile there was a school shooting. So it definitely has nothing to do with violating state law. I guees there is a presss conference in a few hours.

Im still sure we don't know the whole deal, all we know it could be 1 single person who broke state-law & brought this on. I am not saying its not BS or Wrong..

I am saying we really do not know the cause or reason behind it yet.. It being 18 days from 4/20 I am not surprised honestly.


you cannot convince me that none of the mmj patients or oaksterdam attendees never break state-law. ^_^ I am all for the protest & getting the feds to back off. Though with something this size, Sooo much money is involved I would say millions. & when it involves a lot of money & businesses.. IRS goes hard.
