Ethics committees are like the fig leaf over the corporate body, ethics work great when things are great, but hold their feet to the fire and things rapidly change.and for some, who already conduct business is an ethical and upstanding fashion, it's business as usual.

There is nothing ethical about forcing people to associate in a nonconsensual manner. It is ethical to leave others alone or to defend oneself from unwanted intrusions. Government's nature is to intrude, therefore "regulations" that restrict freedom and use a one size fits all approach parternered with an "or else" threat are part of the problem, not the solution to a free society.and for some, who already conduct business is an ethical and upstanding fashion, it's business as usual.
Well put. Moderation, reasonable, ethical rules that are not oppressive, but rather free us of oppression are what is necessary. Beyond that thousands of regulations which restrict and oppress bussiness and people trying to make a living while government and its officials profit from the demise of others is just plain evil. There is nothing ethical about forcing people to associate in a nonconsensual manner.
