That's is one weird thing about sannies track and trace. It only works on the one specific site.

If I put my shipping code in USPS it says not record of item or number. Long story short it says it doesn't excist. That's a little disappointing.

Thanks for the possitive vibes sshz and I meant no harm from my earlier ranting. It can be a real bummer when an order doesn't arrive no matter what breeder/distributor it's from.

I think with some banks you have to let them know you will be using your card overseas. I have to notify my bank before placing an order with Sannie. UK purchases dont need preauthorization.

No, I'm an idiot and tried ordering on an account that doesn't exist...which was why it brought me to a login page in Dutch(lol). You have to change the checked box upon ordering or it takes you to existing accounts. Meanwhile, I was disappointed to hear about some customers screwing Sannie by claiming received orders had never arrived when in fact they had. That's one reason there is now signature required, so we're all paying for a few dishonest people.

He's a super busy dude, not that I am attempting to defend him in any fashion. I have found he is much like shanti and would rather let the seeds to the talking and walking. I have done business with sannie for almost 5 years. I have yet to ever get screwed by the dude and I recommend him just as much as Attitude Seed Bank. Great service with both companies. It takes some time to get your order sometimes, but rest assured sannie will always right the wrongs. If you don't get it ( happened to me before with sannie and customs) he will send another right back out for you. Just my .02

THis is the standard reply from Sannie when seed deliveries are taking too long. I got the same note recently and the seeds showed up a few days later....

He has offered to refund money but I want this order so I'll wait. I am afraid if I take the refund I won't be able to orde from him again and that's understandable but I'd rather wait and be able to order later.

I just received an order last week-- It took only 10 days to arrive and was good and stealthy. If there is a problem, I would assume that it is with Customs.

you know customs is onto packages coming from the netherlands. What Sannie really needs to do is foward the mail to the UK and then from there have it forwarded to the US. It seems like customs has it out for Sannie.
