Hey tet hows it going?Last summer, effective last fall.
First off thanks guys not trying to seem like an ass just want an understading of whats going on in my state with my laws hahaha§ 2423-B. Authorized conduct by a physician
A physician may provide a written certification for the medical use of marijuana under this chapter and, after having done so, may otherwise state that in the physician's professional opinion a qualifying patient is likely to receive therapeutic benefit from the medical use of marijuana to treat or alleviate the patient's debilitating medical condition.
yep. and really, i believe and have seen it help a few friends who are PTSD vets. So in my oppinion it shouldn't be hard to find a doc that will recomend it BUT in reality you will have a bit of a struggle. my best suggestion is call their offices and talk to the receptionist about the likelyhood first, you don't want to be throwing money around at inital exams just for the Dr to be to conservative.. :/First off thanks guys not trying to seem like an ass just want an understading of whats going on in my state with my laws hahaha
So docters arent really giving out certs under this new law, because they are still scarred of the federal action? right?
And if i understand right all i would need is a docter who agrees that mmj helps with my ptsd and other ailments associated(severe insomnia and bi polar dissorder)and is willing to perscribe it and i would be in the green, hypothetically?
Thanks for any help guys!!
I understand sulak plays by the laws im not asking anyone to break them, thats why i havent nagged a docter yet because ive understood the laws and havent qualified!Sulak plays by the laws, It's pretty hard to find docs that will write for what's on the list ,nevermind what isn't......
