What is your Humidity % ?what i bugger can i cut it out and leave it grow also could it be from it falling under the other plants and being in the shade

A trivial piece of information- it's called a Hygrometer- and you can find a decent one for around 30 bucks- much worth it IMO... You can try spraying some food grade peroxide on the mold to try to kill it off... 3% or so- apparently the regular stuff from the pharmacy has some stabilizers that are not good to consume- but worst case scenario I'd use it if there was nothing else, and wash it off an hour later or so... Good luck with that bro...um i never used a humidity gage but its not to bad in there

believe me when i say i would of started with a good organic base soil if i could have... thats the idea behind the soil conditioner that i bought there, 160L of Fish Compost, Canadian Sphagnum Peat Moss, Canadian Peat Soil, Premium Aged Organic Compost, Sea Kelp was mixed in with 220L of peatbase....i will have to do some math on this one oak. i dont mix up that much soil at one time. it seems like a lot of food , but again i need to do some math....... i 'll be back with my opinion.
my first take on it , is that your using an all peat base mix which is gonna hold a real low ph. i am sure you are aware of that because you got plenty of lime to buffer it for you ...... but in my opinion its just much easier to start with a soil base thats gonna always hold a "sweet ph" (if healthy) that way you dont have to worry about adding too much lime. my point is that peat is way too acidic for growing mj thus you have to add a buffer (lime) to keep the ph up , so why not just start with a soil that mj grows in naturally?
i just dont like the idea of a peat base for a good organic soil. there is nothing wrong with it , you just gotta keep up on the ph.

are you using cfl's micko? there is no way you copped bud rot in a tent with high density light ?
i dont know what species that is , but it looks like a high yield outdoor species to me.(or just low light making it look that way)
how long has she been in 12/12 ?
i guess your only choice is too make sure there is plenty of air flow , an get them temps up to 80 to 85f , even if you gotta add heat. and the more i think about it , you might be safe by just adding more airflow. if you got that wind wippin through the room then the mold shouldnt be able to grow.
you can do whatever you'd like to get the humidity down and air flow better , but as always i am just gonna recommend a high density light with more circulation.
if your already runnin high density then excuse my dumbness an get that humidity down. (more circulation)

so in essence i started with 360l of decent organic soil.. nothing to special... 2/3rds peat, the rest compost and soil
in total i ended up with around 150gal of "hot" soil
plan on running it supersoil style, hotloading bottom half of pot
once its all finished cooking im going to ph my mix and see where it stands, may be adding in more lime, may not... shall see!

what is your bottom of the pot mix contain compared to your top of the pot mix ?
do you reuse dirt oak ? if so then you just add more compost and/or castings each time with your food an after a few rounds you wont have to worry about the ph anymore at all.
if not then i would use a mulch on top , that way when you think she needs something (lime or food) you can just lift up the layer of mulch and sprinkle on top, the mulch will keep the top of your pot moist for longer periods thus causing the top dressings to get used quicker vs just putting stuff on top of the dry dirt. (i use dry foods)
