Need Advice: Veg Room Full. Who moves to the Flowering Room? First Grow Advice.

Hello!

Newbie to "todays' growing methods. Last grow over 30 years ago. Back then we had dirt weed, Acapulco Gold or Thai stick. I remember saying . "Look at those fat first leaves", as Indica arrived from Afghanistan in the late 70's, early 80's after Soviet invasion. . . Enough, help me pick my first new millennial grow of the 2000's. The choice involves clones, seeds, and 15 strains. . . Here is the deal:
Setup: VEG: 4x2x5 veg tent, 1x Grow Light Red-Blue PAR38 LED Vegging Grow Light(15W), 1x 100W Plant Grow Reflector Bulb 100R30PG, 3x 15W CFL all in 4 hanging reflectors, small clip fan, 1x Exhale Co2 bag, temp/humid meter, heat lamp, timer, and the Flower Room, 4x4x6.5 tent, 250W Sunleaves MD/HPS, inline 240 cfm fan, living air, carbon filters, etc. I look forward to any advice, thanks. . . . . .

Thinking of hitting the Larry OG and White Urkle clones, about 18-20 and do a clone/SOG. The White Urkle, Skywalker, Plat Bubba, Blue Dragon, Blackberry, Chocolope, Fire Og, 101, al would make good mothers. I adjusted the light coverage to focus on the seedling/clone section to the left. BTW, before I purchased the 38PAR 15W RB Veg light, the clones had not taken off. Now the Clones(Larry and White Urkle), are booming(I am not selling light bulbs). Any suggestions regarding transplant and containers, was thinking of a garden box, 2'x8inches as i have them in 20 oz cups. maybe wood to seperate the root systems before growing. Or maybe in bigger pots. i prefer the BOG over SOG as I train and top trying to get over 32 branches per plant. Idea?

I would change all the small little cfls you have for one 400W MH I dont think there is enough watts per plant in the tent I am counting about 15 plants in there so its best to either take some out or just invest in a MH with a big reflector in the center of the tent and about 2ft away from the plants

Cfls are fine. Not everybody likes MH ya know.. If he does sog, he doesn't even need a shit ton of wats. Just GOOD light. Cfls are GOOD light

OFC they are good lights where did I say they are not good but having 16 plants (my count) under less than 200w dont think will grow so well they would strech correct me If I am wrong

Also the light spectrum looks red to me from the pics for veg they need to be in the blue spectrum not red they will streach more in the red also also correct me if I am mistaken

Cfl will work but in no way dose it compare to HIDs for the lower power I would go with T5. And I can't believe nobody pointed this out. It's prity ballsy putting a tent outside like that. And if your not worried about it why not just place them in the nice garden I see? Use free light. A green plant will standout less then the black box.

But he would need alot of t5 tubes as he has alot of plants

Question, is it safe to run my living air ozone air cleaner? if so, for how long? Thanks everyone.

. . . I am setting up a separate 4x4x6.5 flower tent with 250W MH/HPS., 240 cfm inline, carbon, etc. . . Will update and post new light position later. nice to meet you.

ialan, the red is from the Eaglelight rb 38 par veg LED, also have a 100W Blue Growlight. I am a legal CA MM patient. MUCH more worried about theft than any other risk. . .

Warlock, nice to meet you. I might place some in a few gardens on a GG hike, but growing outdoors is like putting up a COME STEAL THESE in my experience. My 20X5 wood terrace is 25-35 feet above ground with access only from one room. Thinking brown camo barbwire might not be a bad idea.

putting a second grow tent on same terrace and then a tarp, shade for bright sun. They spend grooming/flush days outside, they get the eye and perhaps mist/washing. What do you think about LED vs. MH/HPS with the cost of power a consideration. I have 250W MH/HPS or could use 4 90W LED's. Thanks, I appreciate your help. . .

i didnt know they were 65w i thought they were only putting out 15w, my T5's are 16w putting out around the same 65/70w. and i would go for the daylight not the warm light for vegging and i would use the cfl's u already have to be positioned equally and in the between the plants for maximum light. this is just my opinion and how i do it. Also lower the light to about 2 inches towards the plants the cfl dont emmite alot of heat and put a fan in there i had some issues when i didnt put a fan in the begining but we all learn right?

Thanks for the great advice. Like the idea of placing a 15(65)x2 between plants. have been using a nice cheap clamp fan, works great, the tent to outflow was mcgivered with a clear plastic top to a large yogurt, cut hole in the center, borrow pantyhose to cover 6 inch top, slip top onto the vent duct and fit vertically . Wala, an air filter! Passive but bugs aint getting in, ventilation is important.

... Ya well.. I've heard this and that about those things. From my own mind oppinion, I would leave it on when I'm in the room, if ya you have to be have it on low. And don't have it on for more then 15 minutes out of the hour...
