don't lightbulb it man, that's horrible, tastes like crap by the time you heated it enough to evaporate fast enough to get a hit.
I'd rather make a crackpipe if you are desperate for something efficient. (Crack is realy hard to master batting, too much or too little heat, dragging to hard or too soft etc.. and the hit is all gone, teaches real good technique at the cost of your life).
Anyway to make it take a steel parker pen or some similar guage steel pipe, you just want the front half with all fittings removed.
Get some lampcord (with braided wires not sold core), just cut 2 inches off your bedlamp and move the plug up, you'll never notice.
Pull the strands out and roll into a tight ball that is just bigger than the large opening on the pen. pour some acetone or lighter fluid on it, then flame it with a lighter till its burned clean of lubricant and fire retardant.
Stick it in the hole, push it back a millimeter or 3. Load up and light by keeping the lighter about an inch infront of the hole, while sucking the hot air off it (not the flame), be a little patient it is not instant, so wait till you start drawing harder.
