I'd suggest removing the light while they sprout. Sprouts are pretty delicate, add the light in after they shuck the shell and their cotyledons fully open. I'd also add a humidome over them. Even a piece of saran wrap anything to up the humidity. Although you want to be careful about using a dome and a light because with all the humidity it's easy to cook your babies. So I'd turn the lights off. I have a 2' fluorescent hood and I sit my seeds to germinate on top of my hood (not a big light hood only T5's), it just slightly warms the soil, as soon as they are up and open (roughly 5 days) I put them under fluorescents.
