Bob has enough smoke to keep him happy. Bob raises rabbits and bangs hookers, that shit isn't easy!
Yeah seen a couple.. And none are as great as people make them out to be.Go to any of thes "farmers markets" more like crack houses with people who need a tooth brush and a shower.
P2P are covered because patients are engaging in medical use. Medical use includes transfer and delivery as you can see in the case I linked you to.I'm aware of that case. it's a county case..The reason that no one lends any credence to that case yet, Is that the issue is already to the Supreme Court.
Waiting for that ruling, as it will instantly confirm, or over rule the county decision is far more prudent.
Any ruling on medical cannabis by a lower court, Doesn't set State Rules..just the county..it's a precedent...not a final interpretation of the law.
Only the SC can issue a fully binding decision.
So, if you'd like to feel that a county ruling makes p2p legal, well be careful....
I think the apothecary case is the p2p issue that's "up the court chain"..and I belive the ruling is expected fairly soon..
I don't hide at all...I simply respect others. I was on the diaz steps at hash bash 5 years in a row..did they invite you to speak?I swear Bob you are the happiest little scaredy cat on the planet. keep your head down. don't raise suspicion. don't go anywhere near your plant count total. keep quiet don't medicate where others can see. dude, get free for christs sake and stop being so happy with hiding in a dingy lil grow room.
Would never open a farmers market..just don't like them. Bad Name..should have been called a "patient outlet' or something that at least lends itself some legitimacy. The name "farmers market" tells the story..it's for the farmers..not patients. In fact, all it would take is a hooker with parkinson's that loves rabbits and weed and bob would be runnin 99 plants. and opening a farmer's market in grand rapids.
It's a lower court decision. Why do you think no one has acted on the decision? SC will rule soon..and I hope they concur...but I'm not banking on it.P2P are covered because patients are engaging in medical use. Medical use includes transfer and delivery as you can see in the case I linked you to.
A dispensary has one personal selling several peoples shit and charging top dollar and they have no accountability for the meds.Would never open a farmers market..just don't like them. "pharma grow'? Yes, i'd open that in a heartbeat. Non profit..quality, tested meds at very affordable prices..employ 3 or so people full time..I'd do that in a heartbeat.
I'd take around $600 a month for my efforts..any other money after expenses would go to the employees.
Wouldn't do near 3 mil...I'm thinking 60 plants max. But if I did open a dispensary, it would be well run.A dispensary has one personal selling several peoples shit and charging top dollar and they have no accountability for the meds.
A farmer's market has several growers who have to be accountable for their own shit and they are directly dealing with the patient. How is this not good for the patient and bad for the grower? The patient can go up to each individual farmer and ask any questions they want. A farmer's market is a good concept for selling anything. If the one in Jackson looks like a bunch of baseheads, then someone should be allowed to open a nicer one.
What you are describing in a dispensary that you want to open.
Hey you guys hear that, bob is opening a dispensary in grand rapids called the fluffy rabbit. He is gonna have 3 topless budtenders. As long as he can profit $600 a month after expenses. (he will have receipts for the $3 mil a year in "expenses"). I would love you and Timmahh to open dispensaries across the street from each other. We would all have free meds. If you 2 were gas stations gas would be 25 cents a gallon until someone went out of businss.
I wouldn't go to Jackson...why? As a patient only, I can only transport 2.5 oz..at top dlllar not enough money to make the trip, or take the risk of being there on "close down" day.Farmers with tested meds will happen when patients demand it and there are meth markets. There are crack markets too. Go down to six mile and dequindre and do something very basic and innocent, like get gas. The easiest and best way for you to make a difference is to go to a place like the jackson market and set up a shop and educate the growers and the patients. Yelling and being a hater will accomplish nothing at all. You need to lead my example bro. That is the route I am trying to take. If I was downstate with meds I would set up at the farmer's market with tested meds, laptop, microscope, and catalogs of info on the medical strains I have. ...well that isn't what I would do, that is what I am going to do. Preaching to someone that needs meds, tends to make them not listen to you, but you can preach as you sell your tested meds at $55 per zip.
Testing is important and should be PART of what helps you choose meds. Molds and shit are much harder to see, smell, taste.you think testing = quality...wrong...if I bought a bag and it looked great, smelled great and was not potent enough..I would not buy another bag from that vendor ...word gets out..the best meds will go the quickest, no need for another middle man to increase the cost..You seem to think that because you protested on somebodies steps you contributed more than the next guy...Maybe the guy you are taking to has ran his preached and talked sense into 40 people about the real reasons why cannabis is illegal over the last 5 years, and why it needs to be legal. I am talking about 40 people that actually show up to vote. he has done plenty and probably more than you.
So sad you are willing to buy crap just to learn not to trust that vendor. I'd rather get what I'm looking for the first time.you think testing = quality...wrong...if I bought a bag and it looked great, smelled great and was not potent enough..I would not buy another bag from that vendor ...word gets out..the best meds will go the quickest, no need for another middle man to increase the cost..You seem to think that because you protested on somebodies steps you contributed more than the next guy...Maybe the guy you are taking to has ran his preached and talked sense into 40 people about the real reasons why cannabis is illegal over the last 5 years, and why it needs to be legal. How about pesticides? You think the "farmers" are organic? Very few are..hydro and chemicals equal larger yields....and that's what most grow for yield. IE: Money.I could easily spot mold or mildew
