i'm not gonna hate on you like the rest of these guys. pretty obvious you were just asking out of "curiosity" and never said you were actually building it for yourself.just out of curiosity, how much would it cost to build a greenhouse that can feet 300 plants?
considering a 20x96 would be sufficient for about 50 plants max, you'd need about 6 of those to house 300 plants.ub-
you hater. greenhouses are cheap.

a 20x96 for 2400. 600 for plastic. couple a used fans off craigslist 200. furnace induction fan to blow up the plastic, 30. and fastener, 500.
5 grand would get a guy a pretty nice house.
20' x 96' = 1,920sq.ft.considering a 20x96 would be sufficient for about 50 plants max, you'd need about 6 of those to house 300 plants.
6 x $5k = $30k
5 sq ft per plant outdoors?20' x 96' = 1,920sq.ft.
assuming a very large plant that requires 5sq.ft. per plant and you have space for 384 plants. take the extra 84sq.ft out for a walkway down the middle.
i've never grown outdoors. i've tried numerous times but it just can't be done here. those are some f-ing monsters you are growing buck. 8x8. wow.5 sq ft per plant outdoors?
nope.
i have a 12 x 24 = 288 sq ft greenhouse, thing gets packed full by the end of the season with 6 plants. 288/6 = 48 sq ft per plant and even then they grow into each other, the walls, the walkway, etc. packing it any fuller is a good prescription for mold issues.
