so you could keep drinkin a lot of water if you take a creatine supplement? how does the creatine have to do with the drug test?well i actually just made a similar post about 3-4 weeks ago and i was clean for exactly 21 days from constant smoking and i failed at like 47ng so i would have passed a normal test but for some reason they sent my sample through the mass spec which the test cutoff is 15ng for that....so first i have to say DUMMY you were clean so long why did you smoke before you knew the process was overlol .....now second is the helpful part, ya you will be clean no problem in 2 weeks or however long you said BUT you do not want your sample to get scrutinized as mine did you need to make sure you cease drinking water a day before the test if it looks diluted or has low amounts of creatime then you will get mass spectraumatized and have a higher possibility of failing....so eat a high meat diet to keep up the creatine levels and stop drinking excesive amounts of water at least a day before the test and you will be fine for sure.....and honestly should be fine anyway

they measure creatine levels in your urine to see if it falls in a normal range and not in the range of someone who is drinking excess amounts of water....its a way to catch cheaters 
....as far as will a suppliment beat that im not sure because i dont know if they only test for a minimum in which case yes that would work or if they test for a minimum and a maximum in which case it would only work if you got lucky!

This will work only because he had 1 puff, this will not work for any serious medical user.
The test is SAP (Substance Abuse Panel) UR 35190N, a 10 panel drug screening with a 50 n/g cutoff for THC and a 2,000 n/g cutoff for opiates, below is a list of the common substances tested:
1. Amphetamine
2. Cocaine
3. Marijuana
4. Opiates
5. PCP
6. Methamphetamine
7. Barbiturates
8. Benzodiazepines
9. Methadone
10. Propoxyphene
The results are based on a threshold. So, if you've used, you need to clean up immediately. If you go over the threshold for a certain drug, they will send it on for a confirmation using a gas chromotography test and there's no way that one will be incorrect.

Thanks Ru4, I stopped smoking 3/5/12 took tiny 1 hit of a bowl on 4/20, took test on 4/30 and passed with 2 Bright Red lines indicating negative. Took 1 small hit of blunt on 6/8, took a drug test on 6/14 and passed again with 2 bright red lines. That last drug test was 6 days after that 1 hit and I was good, so I should be 100000% good 18+ days after that 1 hit. Just very paranoid 
I also drink plenty of water, eat healthy and run 2.5-3 miles a day. On top of that my current job is physical so I'm sweating and moving around everyday there.

If I were you and the other people with ideas about testing...
You should read about the studies by the U.S. Government Probation Department to determine how often they need to test drug users on probation. You'll be very surprised.
They mostly indicate 10 days, the only reason they test at 30 on Probation is because some of the study people probably smoked out at 30 days (That was all they could figure).
See if goggle will work for you.

Hey guys, just a little update. Last Wednesday I took the test. Took a prac drug test right before and a SOLID negative showed up. Then I drank a lot of water.. pissed and it was clear. This made me a little nervous b/c I didn't want to piss clear at the test. Anyway pissed in the cup and it was a nice yellow. Was sent off to the lab and haven't heard anything yet. took another home test when I got home and was another pure negative. I took a total of 5 drug tests and all were a solid negative. People have told me that you most likely wont hear anything if you pass as your expected to pass, and its been 8 days since the test and 5 business days. Start work Monday. What do you guys feel about me never hearing anything about the test? I have a little nug waiting for me, not sure if I should wait a few more days.

I hear you man.. I'm a paranoid SOB too. Just moved across country for a new job, don't know anyone yet around here until I start and meet people. Just want the NUG to make me lazy watching TV on couch lol. I really don't think I will hear anything back, but how long does it usually take for drug test results?

Depends where they send it. How they ship it etc. One of the actual processing places is actually only a town away from me. Last time I did one I heard back in 3 days I think.
Pretty sure they call you if you failed? At least they did for me when i failed.
Don't they send it next day air or something? Not sure how good it is to have urine sit around in warehouses/trucks in the heat. Didn't hear anything back today again an HR has been in contact with me about finishing up some things before Monday without ever saying anything. The little nug is smiling at me... I sware!!!!
