Were you not aware of this law? If you live in another country you MUST pay your income taxes in the USA, PLUS whatever taxes you have to pay in the country in which you live. Its not like you can just move to another country and expatriate yourself. You're still a US Citizen and have to pay all those taxes just like anyone else, expatriating oneself is a long and costly process that most people cannot do.
