I went to call twice now to find out the story, they have hours though. I will try again in a little while to find out the story. I had to find it a few times to bring up on my computer to show others. I want to know if they raise the price, how much will it be. I have found a nice mitzubishi and LG, they are closer to 2 grand. It's crazy how buying a larger multi zone is twice the price, wtf is up with that.

Mine shipped fairly fast from the Florida place. They actually drop-ship from California, at least w the mentioned unit.

I was waiting for 8am to call and see where the fuck my ac is. I just got an email from them and they just realized that the mini split I ordered is out of stock. It will be out for about another week. Hmmm, let me guess - until the 16th and they are telling me about a week on the 5th, for an ac I ordered on the 2nd. They will gladly send me a 16 seer unit for the same price as my 19 seer. WTF are these guys talking about? Apparently since they are in florida they are on some coke. I swear I get fucked around on so many orders....

Now online, they price is up a few hundred also. Looks like first call I talked to someone who knows their shit. Second cock-sucker was an idiot, and that is who took my order. Now this dude is trying to send me a much lower seer ac unit for same price. lmao. I am going to have them cool off the inside of their asses, cuz that's where these are going.

Behler & Young is main AC supply house for Mi.
There are 15 locations beneath the bridge.
Thought I would post this link in this thread too because this is the AC thread.

I just got off the phone with mini-split warehouse. He said the senville will not be in stock til mid next month and the prices pretty much of all mini's are going up. The way he explained the seer number to me is that for every seer over 13, you can roughly expect to save $10/per month per seer. So a 19 seer mini-split will be roughly $60 cheaper per month!!

That explains the confusion on efficiency. 13 seer units are not that expensive at all. 19 seer units are. Now I have to find a decent place that has units in stock. The other one I just picked out, just went up a few hundred. Looks like I will be shopping around tonight online.
So I just got off the phone with the supposed owner. He said no way in hell did anyone tell me a few weeks ago that the senville's were out of stock. He said I called the wrong place. He said that they were never out of stock and that the price didn't go up.
But then he told me coincidentally that they are out of stock now, until about the 16th. And the site says the price went up. WTF is wrong with me? This dude is either fucking with me or I am losing my mind. They both sounded like 18 year old kids too. How fucking frustrating. This shit pisses me off when I am spending $20, but $1500 stresses me out a lot more. Let's see if I have my money back my next weekend from these fucking clowns.

I was really pissed. Didn't want to stress this shit on top of everything else. I called wells fargo, they said not to worry, they will put the money back in by monday at the very latest. Should be on tomorrow though.

they should honor the original price. tell em all your homie's got one and you don't want to be the only one who paid extra. bullshit sounds frustrating... Let us know if you find anything comparable at similar price. a 12' line comes w unit. Or the 24' one is an extra 150.

It was frustrating, I was mad as fuck! I am over it now. I know my money is safe. This is what the original email says this morning.

We would like to offer you a Klimaire 16 Seer Heat Pump , since it is in the same price range. You would receive a $20 credit back to your card, and the Klimaire system comes with the wires that connect the indoor unit to the outdoor unit along with 16' of copper. The Senville system does not offer the connection wire, and the Senville system only comes with 13' of copper so you would get a bit more with the package.

Please get back to us, we could have the Klimaire system on a truck today.

Here's what I said when originally ordering it. "Hey does the install kit include everything, or do I need more wires and other bullshit?", He says, ah man you are all set. Now he says hey, our cheaper models come with all the shit you need. lmao. The good thing about it, is this is some kid being a middle man, I would have installed this myself, and if I had a problem, my ass would have to go to florida to find this punk motherfucker. lmao. Hopefully involving the bank doesn't cost much. I would have been mad all the way up to getting the money though if I didn't. lol.

when i ordered my units i originally ordered the klimaire 16 seer unit.. they called told me it was out of stock and that klimaire stopped making that model.. so they offered me a klimaire 17 seer unit which was more expensive but i didnt have to pay more and would be a week before in stock i said that was fine..they called a week later said those units got delayed another week and said they could do the 18 seer senville's and have them on a truck that day so i said yes and he told me everything was there to install EVERYTHING but i had to get wire and a A/C disconnect which was only about 15 bucks for both... they definatly have communication problems within there business but i got better units for a cheaper price so i was happy after waiting a few weeks... the price increase if there really is one then its prolly just peak season prices pricing it higher just because they can..

That a lot like my was going down, but the dumbasses were trying to downgrade me, not upgrade me. lmao. I was teetering big time on a multi-zone unit.

That is funny you said the price increase if there really is one, like I made that up. twice.
