Do you need to have intake and exhaust on a cool tube? I just purchased one, and a 6" 240cfm fan to suck the air out of the tube. Is it more effective to have another fan on the other end pulling air in?
Why i hatem plus loss of light.ALWAYS PUSH air thru a cool tube with a fan!
If you want to pull air your fan need to be in metal.
if you pull air thru a cooltube there is a risk for the fan to melt due to the heat.
cooltubes are usualy connected like this:
CARBON FILTER---->FAN--->COOLTUBE--->OUT
or
INTAKE----COOLTUBE-----OUT
good luck
i agree. You should try not having to use a cooltube, but at the same time i must agree that it can be very beneficial.Why i hatem plus loss of light.
