I wouldn't reject a Gay Jesus. Would you convert to Krishna Mr Kaendar if it was found that Jesus was Gay?
Because, how are you going to claim membership to a religion but ignore its doctrine? Thats a poser at best. How is that anywhere near the same. This isn't mixing religions this is You saying someone can't be religious because they are gay.
Oh dear sweet goodness. cnBecause, how are you going to claim membership to a religion but ignore its doctrine? Thats a poser at best.
If the religion in question right now was Islam, or Judaism, I could say the same things. Do you have to belong to a religion to know what it is about?By that logic, you can't be Christian and tattooed.
But the thing that has me scratching my luxuriantly bestubbled chin is:
you claim to not be a Christian, and then you go around telling people what they should and shouldn't do as Christians.
You open yourself to charges of duplicity, at the least.
So imo you need to choose; do one of two things:
1) man up and claim your religion plainly, or
2) man up and let others be.
The common denominator is "man up"; that part is not to be avoided either way.
Yah ... my opinion.
cn
And, as ive said before, there is a difference in the severity of sins. Tattoos, drugs, fornication, adultery, theft, cursing, alcohol, are all equivalent to misdemeanors. Suicide, blasphemy, homosexuality are all felonies. Homosexuality can be a misdemeanor sin, but I dont think too many gays genuinely denounce their sexuality before death.Oh dear sweet goodness. cn

I have read the bible countless times. I know exactly what it says. Most Christians dont realize, but cannabis is used in the bible. Also, the reason most Christians oppose smoking weed is because the smoking of it hurts your lungs. If you use it with edibles or vaporizing it, it is perfectly fine.It says God give all seed plants or some shit right? Why does the christian right wing still put down marijuana? Because of their fucked up interpretation of shit.
Same thing goes then how can you be christian and smoke pot? how can you be christian and have tattoos? you want to know how??? because the bible also says
"FOR I DESIRE MERCY NOT SACRIFICE"
have you even thumbed through the pages? Or do you just spew bullshit you've heard form others??? I'm positive it's just you reiterating shit you heard like a lot of dumb as noobs on this site (such as plants catching on fire from watering during full sun)!
no there's not special K, that's the abused catholic in you talking. they like to qualify sin, but one is just as great as the other, but what do you care anyway since you said you weren't christian...shame shame K renouncing God just to be cool on the internet. you know you are gonna have to answer for it one dayAnd, as ive said before, there is a difference in the severity of sins. Oddly, the things you describe as felony sins are the ones I would not describe as sins, or crimes, at all. Suicide? Birthright. Blasphemy? Without consequence. Homosexuality? Nature. You will disagree, but these things I believe. Maybe that's why the dominionists are so uptight about them ... they're the most arguable. cnAnd, as ive said before, there is a difference in the severity of sins. I have never stepped foot in a Catholic church before.. I refuse to do so. They are responsible for a lot of evil in the world.no there's not special K, that's the abused catholic in you talking. they like to qualify sin, but one is just as great as the other, but what do you care anyway since you said you weren't christian...shame shame K renouncing God just to be cool on the internet. you know you are gonna have to answer for it one day
Obviously not. I give no allegiance to Christianity, although I'm rather familiar with its various doctrines and the pillars of its mythology. But you demonstrably don't restrict yourself to study; I've seen you repeatedly on these boards dispense actual life advice championing a rather strict form of Evangelical/dominionist doctrine. Maybe I'll start calling you Rev. Or ~giggle~ Father. cnIf the religion in question right now was Islam, or Judaism, I could say the same things. Im just telling you the rules according to the Christian religion.. thats what you inquired about right? The entire point of Christianity is to gain salvation for your soul so when you die you can have eternal life. How can you ask for forgiveness if you die in sin? That is why suicides automatically go to hell. I assume the same goes for gays, but idk for sure... perhaps they have a chance at salvation, I hope so. Otherwise that is a lot of souls lost forever that could have otherwise been easily saved. In another thread you said that if a gay person doesnt repent for their homosexual acts then god or Jesus wont forgive them, so of course religion plays a part in your decision to be against gay marriage. Argue all you want but NO ONE is going to take you seriously when discussing this subject. All you have to state is that you are against gay marriage and BAM, thats it, everyone thinks your reasoning is flawed and stupid, defending your views wont do anything but further peoples opinion on how ridiculous your reasoning is. I suggest you quit discussing this topic because it only stirs up shit. You are ABSOLUTELY wrong about gay marriage and we are ABSOLUTELY right about gay marriage. Get over it.This has nothing to do with religion, at least not on my part. I believe that gays should be able to be domestic partners or be civil unions or watever and have the same rights that traditional couples have. They can do that already in some states without altering the definition of marriage.
I love it! every time you only reply to part of it!I have read the bible countless times. I know exactly what it says. Most Christians dont realize, but cannabis is used in the bible. Reverend K, there is no "the Christian religion". There are hundreds of variants, all of them claiming to be the true Church. This strongly suggests that none of them are. You're trying to propagate the particular mil-spec soul weapon that got to you first. Jmo, naturally. cnIm just telling you the rules according to the Christian religion.. thats what you inquired about right?
